I met Dr. Lindsay for the first time with my mother on an emergency basis. She treated my dentist-anxious mom with kindness and respect. Being a dentist myself (in another city), I can attest that her work was beautiful, and perfectly executed with great attention to detail.

I have full confidence in Dr. Lindsay. Even my mother, who genuinely hates dentists, tells me that she would like to return as her regular patient, and wishes that she met her sooner!

The staff at Aylmer Family Dental are always so friendly and welcoming.

I’ve been coming here for regular cleanings / appointments for a couple of years now.

I also just completed my Invisalign treatment and I’m so happy with the results.

I just had a great relaxing experience getting fillings? !? ! Dr. Maitray is by far the best dentist I've ever been too! I barely felt anything. It was done quickly and professionally. In the past, I have had wonderful experience with Lisa and Dr Lindsay who took care of my TMJ, and today I had my first full exam and cleaning today. I had a great experience with Chelsea and Dr. Julien. Chelsea deserves a special acknowledgement as she took her time and explained every part of the process and what to expect. She was extremely kind and thorough. Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about Aylmer Family Dental and the staff. Kind, clean, and efficient. What more can you ask?

I recently had 6 implants put in very efficient took less time than I thought it would dr obied was very informative on what was best for me with my situation everyone at this office is very friendly and professional I recommend them as a great place to go

Me and my girls (age 1 and 3) all had appointments this week. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from our amazing dentist and clinician to the receptionist and others who we just saw in passing.
They were very accommodating for the little ones and put them at ease straight away, a great first introduction to the dentist!
My appointment was a little less easy (due to the condition of my teeth) but they were very professional and gentle with me, can't say I'm looking forward to going back (who enjoys the dentist?) But I'm definitely not worried about procedures I need and the care I will get!

I came to Family Dental to get a few teeth implant. They were quick to provide me with the relevant information and helped me set up an appointment with Dr. Pierre Obeid. He was helpful in answering any further questions I had, was direct in his answers, friendly, and did a fantastic job this far into the process. An added bonus was that he charged less for his services than many other doctors that I looked into. -H

All of my appointments have been a great experience with all of the hygienist, Dr Lindsey, Dr Maitray, they are very thorough, explain everything very well. Supper friendly all the way around! I just had two wisdom teeth extraction completed by Dr Oneid, and assistant Jennifer, they work amazing together! Jen makes sure you are comfortable and everything is prepared 100% to help get you through the procedure smoothly! Dr Obeid was quick and smooth at the procedures I had done. All of the receptionist/coordinators are welcoming supper friendly!

This place is THE BEST in terms of feeling no pain. And Dr. Mo and his assistants did an excellent job. Quick and painless! I honestly couldn't believe it.

It was finally time. I have needed a root canal for some time. Over the past 5 years the pain would come and go as well as the infections and now I needed to get this sore tooth resolved. Dr Kathryn took care of me!
For my first visit (to get rid of the abscess) she found quite the abnormality as I have 5 canals at that tooth. She was patient and took care of each canal. On the second visit she took care of the nerves. I have been very pleased with everything! Yes it took 2 visits but it was resolved in a manner that made good sense. It has been several months since it was done and I don't have any regrets!
Kudos to Jenn as well as she too took her experience in the field to a level that is just awesome to see! From assisting on the 2nd procedure to answering all my questions, she rocks!
Let's not forget about Tara! She has been my dental hygienist for many years now and is always pleasant!

Every thing was perfect, the most important thing that you aren't doing unnecessary treatment just to take money from the patients. And the dentist was very nice and professional how he treats the problem, he knows exactly what he is doing.the assistants were very kind and helpful, they are taking care of every detail, very professional.

My daughter had her very first dental checkup at the office this morning and I can’t say enough great things!
We are new to Aylmer and I had forgotten my phone at home this morning which in turn ended up with me getting lost and being almost 30 min late.
They were all very accommodating and I appreciate that so much. The staff that we interacted with today were all so kind and welcoming and made our first visit so enjoyable.
We can’t wait for our next visit:)

Dr Lindsay and her team are incredible. I would like to share my story for anyone who has a dental phobias or previous trauma. Coming in with a severe phobia, they have been kind and compassionate from the first phone call with Sarah to the last treatment in this series. It had been 13 years since my last visit to a dentist due to my fears. I explained my fears weren’t from a traumatic experience at the dentist, rather an unrelated traumatic experience and this was how my body reacted. They have been nothing but understanding and have never made me feel shame for my fears. Sarah (intake) talked me through the options and made suggestions for the best way for them to help me. Andrea (dental hygienist) has been so kind in going at my pace, giving me options for things that concerned me, and made sure that I have consistency in always seeing the same person in the same room so I know what to expect. They did a consultation first as it had been so many years since my last visit to a dentist. No treatment was done, just X-rays and a look at what we were working with. The second appointment was for a cleaning, where they offered nitrous oxide to help me through it. Game changer! The last one was tough, I had chipped a molar and also needed a cavity filled. I don’t like freezing so wanted to do it without, but I was really anxious about it. Sarah, the initial intake person, came across me waiting for the bathroom crying/hyperventilating in the midst of a panic attack. I didn’t think I could do it. I felt stupid that my body reacted this way and was embarrassed. She sat with me and helped me breathe through it, came back to the room with me and held my hand until the nitrous kicked in and I was more relaxed. Dr Lindsay was so patient, went at my pace and made sure I was ready before starting the work. She talked me through every step, paused when needed, was attentive to my reactions, and checked in with me regularly. I ended up getting through it with no freezing, the most pain was just from the cold water on my sensitive teeth! She told me so many times that I was doing amazing and was so encouraging. I can’t say enough about this incredible, compassionate and understanding team. And kudos to Alyssa, the assistant, for not taking it personally when I panicked about the room change and different person helping. You were great! Thank you for everything all of you do! And if you are reading this and got to the end, take a chance on Dr Lindsay and her team. You won’t be sorry.

Waited almost an hour after my appointment time. The doctor was rushed and rough on my broken tooth. She filed too much and nearly opened a previous root canal. They charged $350 for a fix that should have been permanent but had to be redone less than a month later. Total, torturous waste of money

I can’t say enough positive things about Aylmer Family Dental. From the moment you walk in to the office for your appointment you feel the compassion of the entire staff. The atmosphere and environment is very calming which I appreciated since I suffer from severe anxiety. Dr Maitray and Andrea were very understanding of my issue and were very accommodating to me. Dr. Obeid and Jennifer were so compassionate and made it a point to get to know me as a person which is very important to feel comfortable. They are fast and careful and did everything they could to make me feel welcome and that I'm not just a paycheck for them. They got me in and out quickly and really seem to care about me the whole time that I'm there. I would recommend to anyone who needs dental work done to go there and get it done. They even worked out a payment plan since I'm not working at the moment that I can afford. I stopped going to the dentist after I got my braces off around 33 years ago because of the pain and anxiety I got every time I went. If these guys had been around then and everything went as smoothly as it has, I might not have stopped going to the dentist, or the doctor, my two most feared places in the world. Check them out, I'm sure you will agree. My thanks to everyone there, that's had anything to do with me so far. I've always felt comfortable going for an appointment since I was a youngling. The staff are very nice and professional about their work, whether it's in the office or poking tools in my mouth. Also, the caramel tooth wax is the best flavor guys.
