I went to Aziz to have my zipper repaired for my columbia jacket i asked Aziz if he could do double zipper so i can open the jacket at the bottom. When he was done it looked like new and double zippers! Thanks Aziz!

Excellent service and very quick turnaround! I had an urgent swimsuit that needed adjustment before I travelled and I was able to get same day repair! Very nice and accommodating.

Initially I came in to Aziz’s store with high hopes from reading lots of great feedback. Upon arrival he was knowledgeable and showed his expertise.

I gave him a pair of brand new dress pants that I needed tailored for an upcoming event, he was able to get it done 2 days before my required which was great. The initial price he quoted to shorten and make the calf tighter was 39.99 but gave me a discount at $34.99.

It was a littler higher than I expected but I trusted him and said to go ahead.

When we finally picked up the pants you could see the threading and he chose to use a white thread on a blue pair of pants which stuck out like a sore thumb.

I wasn’t happy with the quality compared to the price I paid. If you’re charging $5-$10 sure I understand. But at that price point I can get a way better job done…

Absolutely the worst dry cleaning. Brought 31 pieces of high end suits and they were completely destroyed. Stay tuned for update with lots of pictures showing all the damage.

I took my very dirty red leather gloves to Aziz's Cleaners and they did a fantastic job cleaning them. They look brand new! Aziz's also had the best price of all the cleaners I checked. I highly recommend them, especially for leather gloves!

Aziz is very professional and courteous. He was able to provide same day service for a sewing job - which was of quality work! He was also 'on time' with the hour for pick-up.

The only thing is, the work came out more expensive than the purchase of the puffy jacket itself! Not complaining; just saying!

Despite that, I will return to this local service provider.

They have done alteration me on many occasions and it is always beautiful work. Only people I trust to do do this now.

TL;DR - Aziz's cleans leather.
I brought my leather bag to Aziz's. It's a well-used bag so the leather was badly faded and the canvas material inside needed a major cleaning. At best I hoped they could clean the inside. I was also advised they would not be able to clean the hardware to reduce any risk of damage; and they would not be able to restore the leather edging. They said it would take 3-4 weeks. RESULTS: They called me for the pick-up at 3 weeks. I almost didn't recognize the bag because I was not expecting they would restore the original dark grey colour of the bag. The inside is perfect. While I was told the leather edges could not be fixed, they definitely did something as the cracking is less noticeable and leather more pliable. I am so happy with their friendly, professional, and accurately-described work. We will be using their services again in the future.

I truly recommend this place for alterations.

Very professional and easy to communicate with. He will take his time to listen and understand your instructions and also provide good suggestions that will give better results.

He is also a very sincere and honest person because there was a day I came into the store and found some money which a customer forgot, he stapled them with the receipts and input them into the PC system so that he remember to give them back to the customer when they return. This shows that your items are safe even when forget them in his shop. You just need to call him and tell him that you forgot your item.

I have used Aziz several times and his workmanship and service is excellent. I highly recommend this patient and pleasant man!

Went here today after running around looking for an open tailor shop. I was far from disappointed! Not only was the hem very well done, but the customer service was fantastic. Greeted me as soon as I walked in and pinned up my pants in record time. Told me to come back in about 2 hours and it was probably already done half an hour before. Very quick and efficient services here, would highly recommend.

I recently had my jacket zipper replaced here and was presented with the best service in Scarborough. The owner is very friendly and explained me every possible alteration solution and their limitations. I ended up replacing the entire zipper as the charge was very reasonable based on my research. I was called by the cleaners almost 2 years after I brought my jacket for dry cleaning. The white jacket needed to be cleaned at least three times before I was finally satisfied. I basically gave up on it and then Mr. Aziz reminded me to pick it up. There was never any disagreement between our parties. They realized that the job was not performed to the Aziz's high standards. Today I had a very informative conversation with Aziz. He is extremely pleasant considering never ending hindering his business construction on Eglinton, This type of small businesses should be always supported in our neighborhood. Mr. Aziz can be an example to all other business big and small with his congeniality, faithfulness and affection to life.

He is not even capable of getting one star. For pant alteration he was charging me 77.50$. That include narrow & decrease the length. There are a lot of other good alteration shop. Try that. Don't trust this chap.
