There is construction noise every morning from 6: 50 am since the building is not done. Unit 8 from each floor is not done, so they need to drill or hammer which make you awake at 6: 50am. I am gonna call the police next time.
Also, the heat pump has great noise when it is working, you’d expect to get freezing at night rather than turn it on.
I can’t believe this weird place cost me $2400 for a 1b1b.
Run away from here!

Fire alarm, construction noise goes on all day, as people already moved in; bad quality as well, my window totally cannot be closed, extremely uncomfortable living here so far.

Stay away at all costs. Fire alarm goes on almost every single day. Parking entrance is a joke. If you want to always be challenged on your driving skills then this parking entrance might be for you. Building is not even done but management allowed move in so only 2 out of 4 elevator works and sometimes only one. Getting to your unit will take 5-10 mins on average. Hot water sometimes does not work and no one wants to be responsible for it. Management refers to customer care and customer care refers to management. HVAC makes the loudest noise possible and the finishes in this building is very cheap.
