The Lady Shabeela started shouting and fighting with me when I confronted her. Will never recommend them to anyone. When I told her that I will report her she started laughing and said she does not care. Now they have my money thats all that matters to them. 0 stars if I can

We got 4 mattress from them. We visited couple of stores but this store provided us proper information and proper rate for the mattress. The more time you spend in the showroom, the more you'll come to understand that Dennis and his staff are manufacturers, not just distributors, thus they are fully knowledgeable about mattresses, box springs, frames, etc.

I bought a hard foam mattress with box spring and it was amazing. Lovely and welcoming person. He even arranged the transport for me according to my convenience

We had the best experience with our mattress purchases this year from BB Bedding. We moved this summer and dealt with many stores/vendors; this purchase was by far the best customer experience.

We visited their showroom, asked questions and listened to the responses to our questions and the question of other customers who were there as well. The longer you are in the showroom the sooner you start to realize that Dennis and his team know everything about mattresses, box springs, frames, etc. - since they make them and are not just resellers.

We felt like we learned about the various mattress options and then bought the right mattresses at a great price. The delivery was flexible, on time and very efficient.

Over the years our family has only had great experiences purchasing from BB Bedding. Keep up the great work!

Very rude uneducated people no customer service. The owner of the store like seriously he literally don’t no how to deal with customers. Very very bad.don’t trust them there is no warranty for your stuff.

Since the pandemic, I have decided to try and support small business more. I usually do, but sometimes when the big box places have sales, I'm somewhat swayed.however, the patience and customer services I received so far was outstanding.

Not a fancy store but prices are much better than big stores. Service was nice and helpful. I’ve got exactly what I needed.

I found this place 25yrs ago i wasted so many mattress because it was not to my liking.this place save my back and gave me comfort and sleep The best and i still have the golden mattress. I brought and recommended to my friends it is worth it.

Owner has no customer service skill and he’s so rude. There are other mattress stores next to them who have competitive pricing but they will treat you like a customer.

There’s a Guyanese guy (nothing to do with nationality but not aware of his name) who dealt with us, I don’t want to take names.

The experience was very disrespectful. Ended up buying the mattress from another seller near by. Treat your customer better.shame on you
