Extremely happy with the service from BK Appliances. We just used them when our near new fridge lost all cooling. Chose them out of the blue and was not dissappointed. In todays world it's hard to know who to trust.
Sam was quick to come and figure out the problem. He is very friendly and knowledgeable! He even worked on a Saturday. The bill was very fair; actually lower than I expected. Judy was wonderful and caring. A real pleasure to deal with! Thank you both. You will be our go to if we have any troubles in the future.

The lady was very rude. She took a month to get back to us about parts for our fridge and when my grandfather told her he got the parts from somewhere else, she replied with “I’m doing everyone’s jobs, don’t call back. ” Very unprofessional and uncalled for.

Highly recommended appliance repair! Our phone call and the service to the house were friendly to get our old gas stove fixed with a part replacement. We made an appointment then received a call within a few hours that it'd be possible to come by sooner for service the same day if we'd like, which was great and a relief. I also received a helpful explanation of how the stove worked and was shown the before and after issue. Thank you kindly!

Our fridge went kaput so I called around to see if someone could repair it. Other companies said at least 7 days until they could come in, but B K Appliances arrived on the same day when they learned that we had no other way to refrigerate our perishables. Excellent and friendly service. Will use again when needed and certainly recommend to others.

Customer service was excellent. Even though they did not service my model of machine, they were very helpful in finding someone who does. After an incredibly frustrating morning of being stonewalled by other appliance repair outfits, they were a breath of fresh air.

Sam and Judy are the best. I have been a customer for years and Sam has worked on almost every appliance in my house. We keep thinking soon we will have to buy new appliances, but they have been able to repair each time we have a problem at a very reasonable price. Judy supplied me with parts for our BBQ last year and now it work like new again. Your advice and service has been so appreciated. You guys have saved us a ton of money over the years.
