Every single worker I've met here has been a pure joy. Very positive, very genuine. Its like they truly care about you and their job. Dr. Smaily is legitimately the coolest down to Earth dentist I've met. I've seen a lot of different dentists over the years and I wish I knew this place decades ago.

Friendly staff, professional and accomodating. I love the fact they are open until 6: 00 and also open on Saturdays.my friend recomended it and they didn't disappoint.i myself will refer my friends and family.

The dental assistant who did my cleaning was very kind and did a good job.

However the method of communication via phone and email is often confusing. I have 5 different phone numbers currently saved in my phone as the out-going text messages and phone calls seem to come from a different number then the listed number I must use to call in. This has caused me to miss phone calls and leave them to go to voicemail as they pop up as an unknown number instead of my presaved contact. I have since added their multiple numbers to my phone and hope to have no issues going forward.

I understand the front office is going through renovations and computer/operating system changes, but these miscommunications has caused 3 appointments to be cancelled for me. I look forward to the front office updates and transition to be completed so the miscommunications can be lessened.

Who ever thought of giving a dentist a 5 star rating. Smaily Dental deserves my 5 star. I wasn't even their patient but was told to contact him from a co worker to help with a severe toothache I was having. When I called the office and explained about the severe pain I was having, they told me they had a cancelation the next morning. (thank you to the person who canceled)
They did a full exam with jaw and teeth x-rays and Dr. Smaily knew what tooth was giving me trouble. He mentioned a root canal but that would only provide relief for 6 months. He said it was cracked right down to the root and it had to be pulled. He asked if I could come back after his last appointment that day to pull it! Thank you to all the staff members who also stayed later to help out. I'm on the road to recovery and feeling much better. Thank you!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a few years but everyone here made me feel welcomed and they were super kind and super good about covid safety! I highly recommend them.

It was my first time going there yesterday and I felt like I was going there for a very long time. They make u feel so welcome and comfortable. Very friendly people and cares alot about taking care of you and trying to save you money as will. They saved me 700 dollars cause the other dentist I was going to told me I had to get stuff done and it don't have to be done. If your looking for a good dentist this is the one to come to.

Visits to the dentist always make me anxious but the staff here go to great lengths to make every visit comfortable. Great work by all.

First visit with some anxious boys! Everyone left smiling! So happy we finally found a dentist (and staff) that is a comfortable and positive experience!

I just switched dentists today to Dr Smaily. I'm very excited to be his new patient. He comes well recommended. He's extremely professional and knowledgeable and the staff are awesome. It felt like a family atmosphere and that I'm going to be well taken care of. I'm looking forward to my root canal on Thursday!

Dr Smaily and all his staff are very friendly. His hygienists are the best I have ever experienced! Dr Smaily does excellent dental work. I had an old filling that had been filled by a previous dentist who left a gap that food got stuck in and was hard to clean. Dr Smaily fixed the old filling and there isn’t a gap for food to get stuck in. Cleaning that tooth is much easier now. I have been going to Dr Smaily for 2 years and have had excellent dental work every appointment!

Extremely Professional and Friendly Service. Would recommend everyone to visit them for any dental needs.

Worst dentist ever he tried to convince me to do fillings and when I took the X-rays to 2 other dental offices they said no need for fillings.drilling my teeth to make money because I have insurance is not ethical!

The best dentist I ever had! Dr Smaily is very knowledgeable and he has a gift to make you feel relax when he is doing the procedure. Unfortunately after having radiation treatment my teeth are very sensitive and need constant repairs. Dr Smaily is very gentle and caring.
I highly recommend him and his friendly staff.

This is my daughters third dentist and hopefully last. She has had horrible experiences with previous dentist. They knew how to handle a scared child who was afraid of getting her cavity done. Her experience was such a great experience she can not wait to go back.

There customer service is friendly right as soon as you walk in to when you walk out. I myself will be switching to this dentist.

Best dental experience in my 40+ years of dentist appointments. Great to find a practice that is the height of professionalism AND genuinely kind, seem to truly care for their clients. Bilal is a great dentist and provides great advice. We went to him for a second opinion 4 years ago and he saved us thousands of dollars on unnecessary dental work. We've been going here ever since. The dental hygienists are excellent, friendly, professional. And they are really great with my kids.

I suffered from my teeth a lot and had braces twice in my life. None of the doctors I had seen before told me the information and answeres for my questions except him. From the first check up he told me everything, what happened, what should have happened, and what he will do to fix everything. He is very smart doctor. His staff are very nice and professional. I strongly recommend this office to people!

Dr. Smaily always has a smile on his face, he does amazing work and is honest with his recommendations. His work is impeccable! I have never had to return for any sort of adjustment. I have had many procedures done by Dr. Smaily including porcelain Vaneers on the top and bottom. I constantly get compliments on my perfect teeth and no one believes when I tell them they are veneers because they look so natural.

The staff always has a positive upbeat persona and they do a great job making you feel comfortable. My small kids love when I tell them it is time to go to the dentist. My son is autistic and has trouble sometimes sitting still. Everyone is very patient and explained everything with him which is so important to gain his trust.
