They should shout down this store, food are disgusting and staff are absolutely rude and no manners. Filthy and garbage store.

I came in to buy groceries. Stopped at the meat counter and saw that the pork belly was $3.99 but if cut $6.29. How is this possible? This grocery store or any other store should not charge you $2.29 to cut the.meat. In the past I have paid. 50cents per pound to cut, but they are transparent
and that price is reasonable.my suggestion don't buy here. Go to other clean and reputable grocery stores. I have photos of their sign.

Great Asian food selection and affordable prices. I usually shop here for fish. The seafood and meat are so fresh and good price. Lots of vegetables selection and all kinds of spices and dried food available at this location. The only downside is that they only accept cash and debit card only

A vietnamese market out of egg roll wrappers. Gone there twice and they have everything but. It's like going to buy pasta at an italian grocey store and they are out of spaghetti each week. It's unheard of.

Dishonest business—I bought A jackfruit pre-weighed 55lbs. I weighed it at home only 47lbs. If they steal 8lbs per jackfruit, how much do they rob their customers in a year?
Not only that, the merchandise are out dated, filthy….

I'm glad to have this store nearby as it carries asian items that are hard to find in the main grocery chains. The sandwich shop also has great deals for lunch.

Very expensive I think they don’t speak English so charge like double price $40 case of green peppers? Never go back

We live really close by, so we have been putting up with it for years for the convenience. Don’t expect customer service and nor fresh food. The packaged ones, CHECK the expiration date! Vegetables and fruits are hit and miss. Frozen stuff are ok.

But today Is another level. My kid has class at 10am, I got up early and got there at 9am (their opening time). The meat counter is not open, a lady told me to wait for 10 mins, so I did. 10 mins later a guy showed up at the meat counter, I tried to place the order, not only he told me that he won’t be ready until another 50 mins, he asked me whether I have eyes to see that he is not ready yet. Then he asked me who the heck came so early to buy meat. So yes, I am done. Good luck selling your rotten food to the restaurant!

This grocery store offers a wide range of Asian groceries but the service isn’t the best. The cashiers are often rude and not friendly. They only accept debt or cash.

It seems like an oasis for an East Asian grocery items in the area but - several products (Eggs, Soy milk, Tofu etc.) were expired. Several shelves were empty. Many items are grossly over-priced. The store only accepts debit or cash as forms of payment and only if you buy $10CAD or more of items.

I have visited several times in 2022 and sadly I have made the following observations, upon entering the store the stink is horrible, store is dirty & unkept, fruits & veg are very rarely fresh - rotting, moldy. I also found the prices to be more expensive than No Frills which is nearby. I have bought VERY VERY little items for these reasons. I hope to see an improvement but somehow I really doubt it.

Workers are rude, especially the old guy by the meat area. If you don't speak their language don't bother asking. In another event, I talked to the old lady who usually stays by the front.asking where the hot pot broth was and she just told me "somewhere on that side". I didn't even bother looking around and went straight to the cashier.

Smells, limited amount of products and really dirty. Tags are written on paper with marker, something you'd see at a bazar

If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese products, this is the place to go. However, it is not the most well-maintained nor cleanest Asian supermarket.

Fresh vegetables with affordable prices. I bought dumpling wrappers (a lot of selections), napa cabbage, shallots, garlic, green onions, rice flours, Korean red peppers (gochugaru), beef balls, beef tendons.

Very bad attitude rude, ignorant and super poor customer service, not recommend for buying food at this supermarket.

The store is ok for shopping but suprising they don't accept any credit cards I wonder why maybe they are stilling the taxes money from the government. Thats why they demanded for cash and interact only.

Would absolutely recommend trying this place. Excellent character, flavorful dishes, awesome customer service. They never disappoint.

My family were looking to buy banana leaves and requested to get a box, as the person brought out the box, the manager came and said not to sell that to us in vietnamese on the Speaker. What kind of customer service is that? This place is absolutely terrible.

Really bad customer service. My wife was there on January 26 due to bad weather floor was really wet, but no sign to warn you.
My wife fell, but never ask if she was OK instead rudely said tell my wife she should be more careful next time. Well there won't be next time we never shop here again.

Despite wide range of food selection, the customer service is the worst. Seem not no knowing how to deal with customer, simple question easily leads to high temper, shouted and noise. Overall, the market does not have fresh meat at all, smelly and dirts on the floors. Unless you don't have choice, go nearby market is way much better, Nation market is closed by Hwy 7 & Weston

Covid-19 protection precautions very evident. Great selection of a wide variety of foods, spices, condiments, etc.

Bought some chips the day before yesterday, and i just opened it today but it tasted different. When i check the expiry date.it says OCTOBER 2020! All 2 of them of different chips: (

The staff itself does not know what they are selling. If you ask them for help they will stare at you and leave without even answering. I owner of the store is so rude. If you ask her something politely she will yell at you. The store is very filthy and never sanitised. And the stuff doesn’t know how to approach a customer. Would never go back here.

The worst customer service ever! The two ladies (the managers) there are most definitely very rude and disgusting to customers! They should’nt be working in a customer related industry with that kind of attitudes.
Will not recommend this place to anyone looking to do their grocery shopping!

Customer service is terrible. The older lady and several cashiers are just plain rude. The food prices aren’t that good to put up with such abuse. Take your money to another business.

Absolutely terrible service and should be avoided if you want to shop somewhere with better quality and better service.

I was purchasing 4 box of shrimps, 3 headless and 1 head on. The head on shrimp box was cheaper however the cashier charged me 4 boxes at the same price, I told the cashier the head on is cheaper as evident by the sign displayed. However the employee was giving the rudest attitude by throwing my groceries with the most unpleasant service.

Honestly better options in Vaughan than this place.

Good people, English is not their strongest side sometimes so speak very clearly, they are very nice. First time bought live lobsters from here and they were very good. Quite an experience. Would be nice if price per head was a little cheaper, but it was good meat.

Nothing fancy. Just your typical China Town style asian supermarket. Some might not like the layout but it is a no frills asian store with lots of tropical fruits that you can't find anywhere else. Still a happy customer after all these years.

One of the worst places I’ve been too, it very dirty and disgusting. They were very rude and when I called them if they had something they said “how bout you come to the store and find it? Plus they were yelling into the phone! Would never come here Ever Again!

Lazy People. Closing time is 9: 00pm, but they locked the front door at 8: 45pm. Very misleading

We purchased some fish from here and it wasn't very fresh. Overall the store is not very welcoming, very dark and not very 'clean'. The place feels very cluttered and very hard to find items that you need.

Great place to shop asian. Prices on meat are very good. Chicken is very cheap compared to major grocery chains. Fresh fish market inside.

Produce are moderately fresh, there's room for improvement. A tad messy in terms of product organization.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful employees at this store. I went to exchange a cooking pot within 7 days of purchase, as per their exchange policy (because they don't do returns). They refused to exchange the pot, even after I explained to them it was unused and that it wasn't even taken out of the box it came in. The lady at the exchange counter said they don't take back cooking items due to hygiene reasons, although there's nothing about this listed on their return/exchange policy. Then the lady says that when I purchased the item the cashier would have told me that it would be final sale, but nothing like that was said to me. The whole time the lady at the counter was very rude, and almost yelled at me. It was an infuriating and embarrassing experience. The employees have no understanding of customer service or even respect. I will definitely not be shopping at this store again.

Also, if they're so concerned about hygiene, they should really take a look at their own store and do a deep clean. It's a very dirty grocery store.

I don't like this supermarket because they don't let us use credit card. They only except debit and cash. Not recommended.

Love this place! Everything you need, you'll find there! Unfortunately only a few people speak English, but there are always ways to communicate:)

Super expensive because it owns by National Grocers. Never seen anyone with a cart full of food.

Great prices on produce. Probably the lowest prices you’ll find in the GTA on fruits and vegetables.

The store isn’t decorated and merchandised like a high end grocery store.but I feel the extremely low prices on fresh produce and meat make up for the lack of attractive decor.

If you can get past the lacklustre appearance of this store; you’ll save heaps of money on your groceries.

Typical asian super market but I've bought things over a few visits to come home, open and it was rotten (once it was a bag of veggies, other time it was a package of dried noodles, and other fruit items). I'd not go out of my way to come here ever, lots of much better fresher places. I only come because of the sub place next door and happen to pop by to grab something out of convenience

Typical Asian supermarket. It's not the most sterile environment but there are Vietnamese subs right next door! Banh mi baby!

I live in Barrie and shop here anytime I head to Toronto, they have a lot of interesting spices, seafood and produce, however, they don't accept debit under $10. I usually spend well over this amount, unfortunately today what I wanted where only a few items which happened to be under $10 and got turned down because all I had was a debit card. I dont like using cash anymore as I hate having jars of change. B&T should realize the small purchase buyers are also the big purchase buyers, today was not a good experience and inconvenient to me, fortunately there are other grocery chains that don't have any issues with debit cards.

Vietnamese supermarket that is part of the big Vaughn Mills Mall. The selection was so so and it was not that nice.
