I can't recommend them enough, they are thoughtful and helpful. They are also very personable and very good at going the extra mile when it comes to making sure you are up to date about where everything is in the process. The B4 team are amazing!

We have used these guys for years and, although they are much bigger than when we first signed our SA, the support turnaround time is still quite good. Recently I get the feeling that they are too big and have spread themselves too thin, which is sadly commonplace for companies who grow too fast. The fees have increased and the support is not as good as it once was. I would like to name-drop Tyra, Marc and Chantal as being excellent support technicians within the company. If I could hire one of them directly, I would, given their great work ethic and a decent salary being similar to the fees we pay. But I can't as it would violate the terms of our agreement of course.

As someone who doesn’t speak English very well, I am thankful that the team at B4 Networks are extremely polite and take the time to listen and understand my questions and concerns.
