Gone here for over 10 years. Carpet comes out clean and haven't had an issues

New Management. Owned by loveyourrugs now. Prices have changed drastically. It used to be under $1 per sqft for a rug cleaning.

Now under new management it is almost $3 per sqft. Those prices are out of this world! Had 2 6×9 area rug that totaled over $300.
No discounts for contractors.

Wound not recommended.

You are better off using smaller carpet cleaning companies. Fair prices with the same quality results.

I waited out to write this review to give this business a chance to call me and appologize for their behavour. I am utterly disappointed with their customer service (if there is any). I’ve been given a price on the phone and upon arriving at their location have been given a price almost 4 times more. When disputed the price the supervisor’s (maybe owner) reaction was kicking my carpet several times, treatening me to call police if i dont take it like that (I was trying to roll it) using foul language non stop! To calm down the situation I had to start recording on my phone, when the lady thought the phone is off she started to use the foul language again. I was subject to receive this utterly disrespectful treatment solely for asking them to honour their quotation I received half an hour ago over the phoneI from their store. I would not trust even walking in that store again, forget about leaving my carpet there. Especially during COVID and all sanitary concern I find it disgusting if the carpet cleaner kicking my carpet around with their outdoor shoe and in front of me (guess what happens to it when the customer is not even around). Very disappointing to see such dishonest and disrespectful operations in our lovely community.
