Bachly recently did a reno on my mom's shower stall after water damage from the condo above. I can't say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of Bachly's team. My mom is 93 and they were so considerate of her. They cleaned up each and every time they left so she would not be stressed about a mess. They even fixed her bathroom door, not part of the project. My texts and emails were answered promptly and I was updated of the progress continuously. This team was so good, I would consider them for my own home renovations when the time comes.

My experience with Bachly Construction was wonderful! From the moment they were notified about the work that needed to be done, they were on the scene in less than 24 hours to inspect and bring in dehumifiers to minimize damage from my flooding incident. On top of that, they were very communicative the entire way and explained the timing and what I was to expect during the entire renovation service.

Once the construction date was scheduled, their team of packers came in, was extremely thorough and allowed me to ask questions along the way. If they didn't know the answer, they called a member of their team immediately to get it. The movers did a great job and there was no damage to any of the furniture. They even discarded furniture that was no longer needed for me! The team that came in to do post Construction clean up was very thorough as well. Making sure that they did multiple passes as the sunlight shifted during their time on site, just to make sure they didn't miss anything. And AJ, the project coordinator assigned to my job was amazing. He was attentive and responsive and even after the work was done he personally ensured that any questions I had were answered and any deficiencies were dealt with in a timely manner. He even inspected the work done each time and allowed me the leeway needed to be sure and comfortable that everything was done to my satisfaction before settling payment and signing off on completion.

Overall, I highly recommend this company for any Construction job you may have. You will get immaculate results and an open door to ask any questions or get any follow up you need.

Bachly Construction was recommended by my insurance company as a preferred contractor to repair my garage for a property damage claim. They were very courteous and maintained good communication throughout the process. I was very pleased with the quality of work for the project.

Bachly Construction repaired the extensive damage to our finished basement caused by a major flood. They had to demolish almost every room in the basement because of mould. Bachly was recommended by our insurance provider. We also hired them privately to upgrade our electrical service at the same time. It was challenging to complete this work during the pandemic but we were pleased with their reliability and professionalism.

Bachly crew came to clean my house after my basement was flooded.
I spoke to Steve at midnight, and the crew was at my house at 9 AM, ready clean and make my house safe. The crew left my house with fans for 3 days. Couple days later they check to see if the basement was clean and ready for the other contractors to come in and still floor and paint walls.
I was assigned Abram as project manager who always answer all my question in timely matter. He brought a crew to pack the basement and move my furniture to storage, also this crew of wonderful ladies, clean and help me when boxes and furniture came back. The cleanup was flawless.
The floor was installed by Apex flooring, Mark gave us the options and advise for what we should install in our basement. He set up time for one his carpenter to install floor, the carpenter he was professional and amazing work.
Bernard the Painter provided a seamless experience and professionalism. He was detail oriented and great quality of work. He went above and beyond to make sure my basement looks amazing.

Bachly construction was hired to bring a second story addition on our house up to code. Abram was very professional, thorough, pleasant and easily accessible. Without his dedicated work ethic, we would have been stranded in construction limbo. The ease with which this project went when Abram was assigned to it was unparalleled. Excellent service I contacted td and they asked me wait for 30 min and a restoration team will contact me and surprised myself I recived the call in 5 min and in next 30 min their team arrived ms.katherine was the team leader and they worked their way and put all my question and worries to rest and have their machines plugged in to fix my hope God bless them and I would always trust them for my home restoration in case of an emergency or other works.

I am extremely amazed with the level of responsiveness and dependability I got from Abram the project coordinator at Bachly Construction it was so unfortunate we had our toilet flooded close to Christmas Abram and his team made sure everything went smooth sailing I was informed and involved through this whole process Abram brought my family peace of mind thank you.

Mike Dawe, what can we say he saved us. We had a flood in our kitchen from a dishwasher at the worst time in our lives. He treated us like family and he always took the time to answer our panic calls day or night. You can immediately tell Mike has been in this business for some time because everything he predicted with our insurance company HAPPENED, because of this we trusted him 100 percent. Even after his job was completed he kept in contact with us, again showing us how we weren't just clients we were family. Then, after months went by and our kitchen was completed he came out of his way to see the final results. Bachly Construction did an excellent job repairing significant water damage in my daughter's condo. The quality of the work was top notch and the cleanup was flawless. Our project coordinator, Geovanni, communicated in a prompt and easy manner.

Bachly Construction was the company that was called by our insurance company when our house caught fire in 2015. The emergency response team was just incredible. We are now in our re-built home, and as we continue to unpack the Bachly boxes, we remain so touched by the obvious time and care that Bachly took in protecting and packaging our belongings. It was our initial impression of Bachly that compelled us to select them in managing the re-building of our home, and we are so glad we made this decision.
Bachly has a network of excellent trades. James (our Bachly Production Manager) did a terrific job coordinating all the different trades. He was in constant (almost daily) communication with us, always keeping us updated on what was going on at the house. James was instrumental in keeping us on schedule and ensuring the different trades were given proper instruction. James and Cameron (the VP of Restoration at Bachly) were always available to answer our questions and listen to our concerns.
As with any project as large as a re-build, there were a few, minor mishaps. It was these mishaps that defined for us just how great a contractor Bachly is. Bachly took accountability for anything that went wrong, addressed issues that needed to be corrected, and ensured our satisfaction with the end-product. The customer service from Bachly was truly remarkable.
