Baci Ristorante

I first came to this restaurant in 2022 for a bridal event and fell in love with the brussel sprouts and pasta. Since then, my partner and I periodically visit for the brussel sprouts and arancini balls. Besides the same appetizers we like to try different entrees each visit which don’t disappoint.

Service and food is always great, they had a BOGO for appetizers during happy hour which I loved and it kept me coming back more often despite the far drive (1hr15min).

I didn't know I ordered from the kids menu. Service was slow even though there were barely any people. Ravioli was barely filled, I could have made a better dish by going to walmart and throwing together some pasta and tomato sauce sprinkled with cheese. Disappointed.

We had our 40th Wedding Anniversary breakfast with 23 people. The entire staff were excellent and accommodated our needs. Special shout out to Luana and Cathylou for their outstanding service to all our guests.

Got food poisoning from the salmon.thank God it was the tiniest portion ever.and why do they put mascrapone cheese in mash potatoes without having an option to opt out of that.now I'm sufforing with an uneasy stomach

We had our wedding reception dinner at Baci, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly. Thank you Luana, Chris and Ava for your hard work on our special day.

Tiramisu and pasta was good. Only thing is that if you don’t eat pork then the options are limited. Other than that nice ambiance

My husband and I went here for our 11th anniversary and our server Chris was amazing. He was attentive without being intrusive and he made our evening more enjoyable by showing the right amount of attentiveness. The meals were fantastic. The vegetables that went along side were incredible. Props to the kitchen. Another server even asked us how our meals were. Wish we knew her name to give her credit too. This was by far the best experience we have had in a long time. Definitely 10/10 for us. My husband even raved to him that his experience was pleasant. Thank you Chris! We definitely will be back to sit in your section!

Food and service was great. The weird thing is we had 3 or 4 apologies "sorry for the wait" but we never actually waited for anything. I'll definitely go back.

Baci actually used to be my favourite Italian restaurant in Hamilton. My girlfriend and I have gone every year for my birthday. We went this past year and were honestly just disappointed with some of the notable changes. They took my favourite entree off the menu (carbonara) and decreased the serving sizes to the point where we had to go somewhere else to eat afterwards. Perhaps the worst change was the fact that the waitress literally brought us one 1” by 1” piece of bread and dropped it on our side plates. Literally one bite of bread is all we had prior to our entrées. Certainly not what you would expect from an Italian restaurant.

By far the best service and quality of food in decades. I am still in shock by how good the food was, and how professional and amazing the service was.
Chris was bang on with his timing and attention to detail. We were also felt very welcome by a lady who helped serve our table, who was also a server (unfortunately do not remember her name). Even the younger staff resetting tables were pleasant, and we had a fun conversation with one of them about how long her hair was in a braid. I did not see any management, but I am guessing they were busy in the back on expo sending out plates or helping with other issues.
I have had decades of experience in the hospitality industry, and overall, I have not experienced this quality experience, in far too long. In an open kitchen, the staff were working hard, and did not make you feel uncomfortable. Fantastic job by the kitchen staff and front of the house staff.

This was my first time there. Really nice bar. Unfortunately enough time to eat, but I really like the spy and will definitely go back for food. I hear the wings are spectacular.

We stayed at the attached “C hotel”. Very well prepared breakfasts - omelettes were outstanding. But particularly impressive service, especially Olivia. Personable attentive and efficient. Really made it a pleasure to dine here.

Food was good. Tasty. 4 stars because the waitress was quite annoying. She want to take back the plate while my partner is not even done. And just interested by the tips

I can't say enough good about all aspects of this restaurant. I love trying new Italian restaurants and this ranks up there as one of the best that I have ever experienced. The food was superb and well beyond my expectations. Our server was polite, courteous and quick to respond to our requests. The restaurant was exceptionally clean and well decorated. The ambience was great. Perfect place for a date night.

Great food, pasta was amazing, dessert was also outstanding. Service was great, did not feel rushed. Tiramisu was the best I've ever had but you really have to try the cheesecake, so crazy good! Highly recommended, will definitely go again.

Over priced for the taste. I don't mind spending $50+ per person for good food however this was not the case. Everything felt store bought except for the arancini. Regardless times are tough especially for restaurants but I would not recommend anyone going.
