My family and I have been going to Dr. Will and Back on Track for well over a decade now. The team here not only has looked after us as adults but our kids are treated like family as well. Recently, I needed shockwave therapy on my left arm due to golf and it is now amazing- thanks Dr Will!

It is all about the money. My aunt attended this clinic for overpriced treatments even when she was trying to cancel her services she was talked over. They tried to manipulate her to take another overpriced service. I say over priced because I called 2 other clinics offering the exact same service and their price was almost double. The staff is very friendly apart from the manager she was incredibly rude and condescending when she spoke to us because we wanted our money back the clinic insisted on my aunt pay for all of her 30 sessions up front. Horrible business practises.

What can I say? Back On Track was the best “find” I found when looking for someone to help me. Years of back issues, nerve spasms from disc damage, and repeat attacks at anytime caused much pain and disrupted my life. The entire staff at Back On Track are very friendly, helpful, and honestly care about my health. An all in house location for all my needs, and so easy to deal with. Back On Track has been a fantastic, one stop shop for all my needs. Dr. Jesse works wonders on my back. My mobility has improved and I my pain has subsided. Kunal Kunal has treated and actually fixed my shoulder. Couldn't be happier with the care and attention from the friendly staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Will for almost a year now for my scoliosis and other neck related problems. I have definitely noticed a positive change. I used to get really bad headaches and migraines to the point I was taking Tylenol on most days of the month. My lower back would also seize up on me after a long day of me standing. Both issues have been significantly minimized.

I have also seen Dr. Jesse when Dr. Will was away. Both are very knowledgeable in their professions and pleasant people to be around.

Lastly, all the ladies up at the front are always so lovely!

Dr. Will is a consummate professional that has healed my serious injuries more than once. You can expect results from a highly skilled team that emphasizes customer service.

Dr. Will said he would fix me, 2 months and almost 5k later I'm still in pain. Now he wants me to sign up for a yearly plan? !? ! And be a patient for the rest of my life. Always get a second opinion before agreeing to anything he says. I will never go back to this place!

Staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional and make you feel at home. Definitely reccomend them if you have sciatica as they have a few treatment options which have helped me better than anywhere else ive gone before.

My body has truly never felt better after starting chrio services with Jesse. My body completely did a 180 since working from home. Jesse is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the human body - I find him to make his patients feel very warm and welcome. Jesse knows the exact care you need.
I started seeing Elisha for massages and she has also made a huge impact on my life.
I never had gotten a massage before that I enjoyed and she is excellent. If your body is in pain prepare for things to feel awful and feel excellent the second your off the table. Elisha always makes me feel like I can talk to her about different things that are occurring in my body.
Elisha is very knowledgeable and I will absolutely not be switching to any other massage therapist after working with her

Dr. Will has been my Chiropractor for many years now. I cannot tell you how wonderful the care I have received is. I came to back on track in excruciating low back pain that would radiate into my hip, shooting down my leg due to a condition called spondylolisthesis. Dr. Will's expertise in Chiropractic care has relieved the worst of my pain and made living with this condition manageable, restoring a quality of life. Likewise in more recent years I injured my neck causing terrific pain at the base of my neck radiating down my arm, limiting my movements and numbness in my predominant hand, I could barely hold a pen. Nothing helped! I was weary in pain and had been put on bed rest. I will never forget coming through the doors of back on track desperate for relief.
