Too many good things to say about BP. Have been a 10+ year customer of this place and have never once been steered wrong. Go talk to Ryan, Nick, Eric, Ian or Clay and you'll be helped the correct way, everytime.

Great shop with a wide selection, especially for commuter bikes and xbikes. Ian was awesome helping me out.

I have to say very happy with the service I received from this company.

I had taken my e-bike to two other shops before arriving here. Both of the other shops told me that I needed a new motor (without even taking the time to open it up).

Nick had suggested that, that might not be the case and proposed he open it up to see if could be repaired. Which he did do, and low and behold it could be repaired! I had dropped the bike off yesterday morning and picked it up this afternoon. Not only did he repair the hub drive, but a few other jobs too. Very happy with what they charged for what the did, customer service was exactly what it showed be!

Well done guys, keep up the good work. I will not visit any other repair shop from this point on.

Great place to buy a bike and very friendly knowledgeable staff. Lose a few points though because the ability for them to fix a bike in a timely manner doesn't seem to happen. Imagine bringing your car in for brakes and they say they might have it done in a few weeks. Was told my bike would be ready by the weekend. Weekend came and went and low and behold not open on Monday.

I went to get my bike fixed today a cruiser to get a 3 speed hub, they have the most knowledgeable staff, very friendly and helpful, I wouldn’t go any where else, it’s worth to go to Guelph to get your bike serviced by the industries best in the bike business, I will not go any where else, Thank you fellas for the amazing work

Backpeddling is a heaven in a warehouse for people who like bikes. Every inch of space is covered with bikes and bike parts.

Here's my quick pros and cons list.

Pros:
-Helpful staff
-So much selection
-Great products
-Awesome location

Cons:
-Price for accessories
-Bad website w/ no online service booking
-Poor accessibility

I'd have considered giving them a 5-star if they offered easier booking for service. Upon calling and asking about a tune up, I was advised to just drop off my bike and they'll call in a week or two when it is ready. That wasn't a reasonable option for me as I need my bike for commuting.

That said, every time I've gone in, the staff have been helpful and willing to walk me through my purchase decisions based on my needs and budget.

Their passion for bicycles shines through. Heck it's worth just doing by for a visit to see the place!

Went there with a question about quick release and even though the guys ended up doing no business, they spent at least 20 minutes explaining what I needed. Will tell all my friends about this excellent experience.

Only bike shop in Guelph. Worth going to, that is.

Making the transition from driving to cycling to work, I had alot of questions! Both Ryan & Nick were very helpful in giving me the knowledge I needed to make an informed decision in selecting my new bike. I had a very positive experience and would recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Nick and the rest of the crew are absolutely awesome! Best bike shop around by far, with a group of guys that are down to earth and set on getting you on the trails shedding it up with the right gear and quality service that you can trust through their recommendations I have gotten two bikes that where in my budget and have compleatey blown my expectations. Thanks guys for getting me on the trails having more fun on two wheels then I could have imagined!

Great service. Took time to understand what I needed. Told me things I didn't need or could put off and speedy turn around on my tube ups!
