Backyard Escape Studios have absolutely transformed my back-garden. I have a 3 bedroom house, and with 2 kids I was always working at the kitchen table with the little monsters running around. I now have an office so i can get work done (it may be a bit of a man-cave too) and it looks awesome! Would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a backyard office

I engaged Backyard Escape (BE) to build what I refer to a garden shed. The shed design they designed was exactly as I had in mind. Throughout the process (planning/construction) there were several consultations to ensure that what BE was planning conformed to my thoughts on the garden shed. Upon the agreed installation date, BE arrived promptly and proceeded to assemble the shed modules in an efficient manner. Throughout assembly the crew was considerate, courteous and efficient. In the end, the garden shed conformed exactly to my specifications.
I cannot recommend Backyard Escapes too highly for any project that you may have in mind.

This is my third shed from this company and as usual they were (as always) incredible to work with. This particular location was challenging and it amazes me that the installation was flawless yet again with no site visit! The installers were easy going and professional even though they were working with many challenges (because of my over-sites!) most importantly, I would like to mention that these sheds are the most beautiful and sturdy space sheds anyone could have the pleasure of owning. Having a shed visible on your property when you take great care of the astetics of your property can be a little annoying! However, shed that looks like this complements the home, and of course provides a functionality that is needed. Lastly, the sheds that I put in last year as perfect as they did on day they were installed!

We’ve got a tight space in living downtown, and the backyard is even smaller than those in the suburbs but needed an office studio as work from home seemed to be here to stay! The team helped us confirm dimensions, finishes and get it installed as promised.

Also when we had an issue with the roof, they came by to fix it.

Would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for a shed or office studio or caban solution. These structures can be anything!

I'm very happy with the shed and the service. The installation crew were on time and professional, and the build took less than a day.
It is a great looking shed, with an excellent, sliding double door.
I was looking for durable, modern design and high quality, and this is all of those. It wasn't inexpensive, but the price was very fair for what they delivered.

Backyard Escape made a small modern shed for my back yard.

After a collaborative design process, we came up with a design. It was installed on time with no surprises, and looks great.

It's a high quality shed made using full housing framing: 2x4s, vapour barrier, etc. Much of the fabrication is done in their factory and the shed is delivered partially assembled and then their installer -a skilled, polite, professional guy- did the work to install it all.

Very happy with our choice. I was a little apprehensive purchasing and designing our storage shed remotely but Gabriela made it easy. She helped us through the options and details, making recommendations based on the space we had to work with. They use quality products and allow a lot of customization. When came time for the installation, the crew was fantastic. They arrived on time and finished earlier than expected. They had everything they needed at the ready and they kept the site clean during and after. We love the shed and highly recommend Backyard Escape to anyone who asks.

We have used BES on several projects throughout the years. As a landscape contractor it's really difficult to schedule other trades to come to complete their scope of work on your job sites. We have had only the best experiences with Sebastian and his team, and look forward to many more in the future.

Just an amazing company to deal with. We wanted a pool change room and a shed. From that start of the design, we were helped making the correct design choices and the company provided incredible flexibility and patience as we got the design right. The day of the build, I was amazed how they were able to assemble both structures in a single day with great care. The end product was outstanding and we couldn't be happier. I waited a few weeks before posting in case my enthusiasm might change after utilizing the change room and shed. It hasn't and I highly recommend Backyard Escape Studios.

Absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. Demolished the 1937 shed at the rear of the property and decided to replace it with an insulated backyard office since I’m immune-compromised and cannot travel much. Gabriela patiently led me through the process. Work crew arrived 1.5 months earlier than originally expected. Prompt, courteous and professional over two days of installation. I still have the electrical and interior decoration to do but am very happy at this stage.

I replaced my decrepit garage with a custom studio from backyard escape studios. I am in Toronto, and that wasn't a problem even though they are based in London. A friend of mine recommended them. Sebastian was extremely responsive to my constant questions and walked me through the permitting process and made sure we got the plans right. From the moment I had my initial call with Sebastian I knew the passion he had for his work and that we would end up working together on our project. He was super hands on and full of information and ideas all of which made it really easy for us to make decisions. Our backyard escape shed was installed and completed just yesterday we are so happy with the outcome. You can see the crew tidying up before they leave. The entire process was great - very collaborative - from start to finish. We worked with the team to develop a custom design to fit the specs of our space. Ultimately, this lovely addition to our backyard will serve as a pool cabana to store our pool equip and other yard stuff. It’s so nice I might use it as my “mama cave” (as a place to go hide)! I hope that the rest of my backyard/pool renovations turn out as nice as our cabana did. They provide great service, I think fair value for product, and they certainly take pride in their craft.
