The restaurant has really delicious food with a good ambiance. I went here with my wife and ordered boneless chicken karahi which had an amazing gravy. I'll be definitely coming back to try other items in the menu

Worst experience. I had ordered veg biryani as a take out but chicken biryani was delivered. This is unacceptable.

Just tried their Kadhai Chicken. It reminded me of home. Great Flavour, and a friendly staff. Definitely a must try Restaurant.

On 6th July 2023, around 3: 30pm I ordered 4 naans. It took 25 minutes to serve. There was only 1 table on which family was there. Except that no rush. The lady on the counter with rude way that we are busy. I do not recommend. Also the naans where not fresh.

Halal food served here. The chicken biryani is tasty and anyone need not wait too long after a take out order as the food is prepared, packed and ready to go under 10 minutes most times. The pricing and the portioning of food needs to be reasssed so the customer gets the money's worth. Overall friendly service and the dine in space is very clean. I would recommend this location for a family or for a person in a hurry to grab a quick bite.

Just tried the lahori cholay (chanay) they are right up there in top 5 in entire gta. Their lahori fish was really good too especially the seasoning (Masala). Didnt try out other dishes but will be back cuz one of the few places who has some of the taste of Lahore. Excellent food for excellent price. Nice Clean place. Highly reccomend especially for Lahoris lookin to find that lost taste. 5/5

The owner is a very nice man, gave me dates and a small snack for iftar while waiting for the food + there food is 10/10 very well recommended place.

Definitely not worth the money, portions don't even make sense. It was over $50 before the mango drinks. Food tastes good but would not recommend if you enjoy a full meal. Portions were said to be enough for 2. I guess the idea was to fill up on rice.

Recently moved in next door and have both eaten in and had takeout multiple times already. Have enjoyed everything I’ve ordered (though some items more so than others) and definitely intend to keep going back and trying even more menu options. The chicken biryani especially is excellent value for money. The Badshah platter is an excellent way to try many different meat options and the same for the naan basket. The only thing I’d like to see changed is adding a few more vegetarian options.

The food was delicious, especially the newly introduced Paneer Tikka Masala. Although the quantity can be increased.

Great taste and flavourful authentic foods on the menu. The best biryani in Scarborough so far and I’ve tried lots from other restaurants in the area. They were sold out of lamb chops and didn’t have a steak dinner combo like they once had!

*Update: Tried the biryani today it came with spoiled Raita that ruined the otherwise great dish! Not to mention the restaurant also smelled foul.

Order Haleem through Uber Eats and first food took 1 hr to arrive and once arrived it’s was more disappointing food quality was terrible and please do not order Haleem from this restaurant. I have never eat or seen Haleem like this i will recommend to the restaurant chef they can YouTube how to make best Haleem. If the owner like to connect for further feedback, pictures or receipt please don’t hesitate to reply back to this review. I shared sad picture of Haleem with this review.

Washroom wasn’t maintained properly. It was way too messy, unclean and very unhygienic.

I have no complaints about their food. Food was delicious, they followed instructions although it was bit too oily.

They were running out of few items which I can understand. We ordered Kadhai Chicken, Palak Paneer, Rice and Butter as well as garlic naans.
I personally liked bone-in chicken kadhai and naans.

I ordered food from this restaurant and the dal makhani they delivered was worse and don’t look like dal makhani at all. We specially added a note to make it spicy, however, there was no taste of spice in it.

It's good food, solid prices. If you live in the area it's a good spot but nothing I am dying to try. The staff doesn't seem to be very friendly and you have to wait 20mins for your food regardless of what you order. That said I've been here like 3 times just because it's close to home and the foods decent.

The taste of the food is excellent. The restaurant is neat and clean. They provide good service. Please do visit.

This place is fantastic and their prices are reasonable. (Kennedy & Eglinton) Their tandoori chicken is so flavorful, probably the best I've had at takeout. My absolute favorite thing so far is the tandoori roll with all the fixings and with extra garlic sauce. The staff are very nice and patient so it makes your visit all that much more enjoyable. The dining area is always clean when I go in, too.

I am a foody and have tried lots of restaurants in Toronto.

I am an avid fan of Badshah grill's Scarborough location. Since the opening of this location in 2019, I have been visiting it regularly, except for 2 semesters I spent in Newfoundland for study purpose.

The food quality is incredible in one word. They have the best butter chicken in the City The gravy is so good that I can eat that all day The meat is very tender and juicy
My other favourite foods are garlic Naan, chicken wings, dal mash, chicken karahi, chapli dinner, palak paneer, and lamb shank. Just 2 weeks before I met 2 of my friends at the restaurant and we tried dal mash, butter chicken, and kabab dinner. The amount is so much that we 3 adults and my friend's child couldn't finish it. Food quality is so good that my friends have also become fan of Badshah grill.

I can see some people comparing it to paramount and Shalimar. I understand those are good restaurants too (have tried both) but hey, not all the items at those restaurants will meet your satisfaction.

If you don't like any item at any restaurant, talk to the manager to improve it next time. Try to be positive and decent human being, and don't compare. All the restaurants are good And among the good restaurants, Badshah grill (Scarborough location) is the best. Butter chicken is calling meeeh?

The beef seeekh kabab was extremely dry and far too well done. The Karahi was overloaded with what seemed like canned tomatoes masking the taste of spices that makes a karahi a karahi. The only upside to the whole meal was that the naan was what a naan is supposed to be like. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to try good Pakistani cuisine.

I Ordered “On the rock chicken ” with rice. The presentation was good. Taste was also not bad. But chicken portion is not enough. I would say very low.

Three issues. One. We were told a 15 minute wait for take out after we paid, even after we paid we had to go back inside after 15 minutes for them to acully start making the food. It ended up taking 30 minutes for not much of an order. Two. Proportions of the rice to chicken in the chicken briyani was horrendous. Three. We paid for rice that was never given to us and when we called, were only offered to get a refund or to dive back. Have you seen gas prices? ! Food was pretty good although. I do not leave reviews regularly and I see myself as a reasonable person but my service today was not okay.

Just got back from dealing with the missing rice issue and they were very nice about it. They gave us a refund for the rice, gave us free drinks, and rice.

I had Butter Chicken dinner here yesterday with french fries. It was mind blowing! I'm unsure what spices were used in the sauces and especially the ones on the fries, but I absolutely fell in love with it!
The atmosphere and the service was great!
Prices were reasonable too and that's coming from a hungarian.

Food is great but I’ve ordered the chicken on the rocks 2x and both times there were barely any chicken. It was like sprinkles of tiny chicken pieces with the sauce and a big portion of rice.

We had buffet today in this restaurant with my friends. Food was so delicious and people working in that store was good and so polite with us.

I had party at Scarborough Location.
Couple of thing need to be considered before going there as per owner they are using machine slaughter chicken not hand slaughter or HMA certified after I insisted on hand slaughter they promised for hand slaughter.
Food taste was good but quantity was little less side.
I will not go back there for Hand slaughter doubts.

They never mentioned that meat which they are going to use is from Iqbal foods yes they did mentioned that there meat which they are going to use for barbecue is machine slaughter so it will be tender. Iqbal foods never sell machine slaughter because I am doing my grocery at Iqbal foods from last 25 years.

Nice quiet place to have dinner with family. Helpful staff. Two things I didn't really like are: they didn't have any dessert option, all buffet places at least offer 2 deserts, they only carry gulab jamuns. Second is that I wish they only use one double door enterence and close of the second enterence, if you're there with kids on a cold day and the door keeps on opening its a bother.otherwise nice place ️

Yes, I did try the fruit salad, but that doesn't actually count as desert especially in Ramadan, fruit salad is a must for iftaar.

I did an iftar party twice; the food range was moderate, only 10 to 15 items including desserts, but everything was tasting. I especially liked the Gulam Jamun the most.

Picked up an Iftar special. Food was very good except the cheesy and dark (maybe overdone) samosas and spring rolls.

The great taste of Biryani and Beef Ribs in Scarborough town. I recommend this place to all family and friends. Very neat and clean environment, food presentation great and ofcourse real mouthwatering tasty food they are serving…. You must try their beef ribbs offered with two sauces which make it different than others in town…the staff is very well organized and always respond quickly and efficiently…

Extremely disgusting naans. Very chewy and hard to eat. Made a big order but had to throw them away and ask the guests to eat something else.

The food is always well prepared and yummy, cashiers hands over great service. I really like how neat it is and atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

I frequent this superb restaurant from time to time as I enjoy the special atmosphere that is outline this restaurant. The team is extraordianrillyremarkably loving and well trained. The service is extremely efficient. Also, the food they prepare is exceptionaly good. I ate there many times and I was always delighted. The pay is modest. I highly suggest this place to to everybody.

The food is spectacular. The quality, freshness, flavour.all stellar. First time there, last evening. Picked up the Sunday Special (Chicken Seekh Kabob) and the Chicken Tikka Dinner. Very impressed - will share and def be back for more

If you're going to serve stale Biriyani, at least have the decency of heating it up properly. 6-piece nuggets were so small that it looked like one of the menu picture nuggets were cut into six pieces. I understand these times are hard. Hence the 1 star.

Was in the store for lunch. Asked if I can have a chair to sit outside and eat. They first said no and argued. Eventually I got the kebab roll. Was tasty, but the meat inside was mushy and tasted more like filler than meat. I am a chef. Very disappointing

Fire wings and great customer service. Would definitely recommend eating here and definitely will be coming back.

I don't write reviews often, but the service and the food has to be appreciated at this restaurant. First of all, their customer service is excellent from ordering until finish. Their foods are delicious, best Pakistani food i ever had in the GTA, i would recommend ordering the butter chicken. There are well prepared for the covid-19 situation, everything looks sanitized and their staff like properly trained. Will visit again very soon. Thank you Badshah Grill.

The food was exceptional and very good, Me and my friends really enjoyed time we had there. The atmosphere was also very comforting and enjoyable, the service was really good and to top it off they had good food. I would definitely come here again.

My experience at Badshah Grill was great, I had ordered the shahi paneer and daal makhni and the food was great and the price was perfect. Not only was the food great but the customer service was amazing. I would definitely go back to eat here.

The food was absolutely wonderful, very pleasing. They said it will take like an hour for my order but it was ready in less than 30 minutes. Staff was very friendly and their service was highly commendable.

First time. Generous portions and friendly service. Had Tandoori Chicken lunch which could have been spicier. Restaurant’s house hot sauce is amazing.

A welcoming restaurant with fresh and yummy dishes. All my family members liked the kabob, nehari and biriabi.
