Our first purchase from them was right on perfect. I had a pair of baffin winter boots and needed liners. The new liners fit perfect. My wife needed new barn boots, again, fit perfect. And I got rubber slip on outdoor footwear, again, fits perfect. We are sold on this and the fact that this is Canadian made.

What wonderful service I received from the the fine folks at Baffin, I paid for good boots and I got great service and fabulous footware. The quick service after following the very good service instructions was excellent, I recommend Baffin footware it's warm and well made.

I would like to thank Baffin and the customer care team for their excellent care of me. They responded quickly and effeciently. They stood behind their product and replaced my defective Blackhawke Rain Boots. The staff were pleasant and geniunely cared about
the issue I had with my rain boots. I am appreciative of all that the Baffin team has done for me. God Bless you all.

We purchased a pair of Baffin winter boots for my son (youth size). When we took them out to wear after the first snow fall, we realized there was a defect in the cuff of the boot. We contacted Baffin customer service, and we received amazing customer support from Julie, and within 3 days, we received a pair of replacement boots from Baffin. We are extremely happy with Baffin boots and even more pleased with their commitment to taking care of their customers! We will definitely continue to buy their products. There was a delay in my package that left me wondering what the status of my package was. I emailed Baffin that morning. They replied quicker than some of my personal acquaintances, with a phone call, with an actual person on the other line, who had already contacted the shipping company and provided me with all the details I wanted to know. The employee who called me was named Michael. He did a good job. I learned the exact location and status of my package thanks to him.

Awesome company to deal with! Made my warranty claim on my rubber boots an absolute breeze.

Recently the stitching on one of my Baffin Zone boots started coming apart after two winter seasons. Reached out to Baffin not expecting the response I got.they shipped me a new pair of boots. Baffin stands behind it's products.customer service was exceptional.

Soon after I received the package I compared the boots size (men size 12) with my shoe (men size 10) and found it to be the same.
So I followed the link to return and found myself unable to.
Is this a case of false advertisement.

I discovered Baffin boots a few years ago and have been buying different models ever since! They really are the best boots for different seasons and wet conditions! Their customer support is amazing too, I had a problem with a 5 month old pair of boots and they replaced it right away! 100% recommend!

I approached Baffin customer service with a boot problem likely caused by a small flaw at the time of its manufacture. The company's representative (Julie) was patient, friendly, and understanding of my situation, including that the product was purchased pre-Covid, with limited use, and not worn again until recently. I was asked to send some pictures highlighting the issue on the boots with an explanation and, to my surprise and great pleasure, Baffin Support Team's response was immediate. They offered me a replacement pair at no cost. My hope is that my reaching out will also assist in the methods of manufacture, but safe to say I highly respect their fairness and professionalism here.

I was impressed with a quick response to my question. However, a second question went unanswered?

Fantastic customer service - they went above and beyond to help me and expedite my exchange, even offering a discount for any inconvenience I encountered.

I contacted Baffin regarding a concern of a fraudulent Australian website purporting to be Baffin. Got an immediate response which saved me a lot of money.

I work a rigorous job that requires me to be on my feet 12 hours a day 7 days a week. So I need tough long lasting footwear. I have trusted Baffin to get me through whatever my day might throw at me. *Update #2 - The marketing team cares! They were so quick to contact and discuss what had happened. It was unfortunate to go through that twice but they definitely went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I do hope that they improve on quality assurance and my suggestions for a more personal touch with regards to product packaging. The boots are nice and I am sure will be warm this winter. Looking forward to testing them out on the frozen lake. As well as my soft and warm gifts.

**Update, today July 12 I received a "new" pair of boots. These are also clearly worn as the treads on the bottom are worn away and have dirt on them. The heel also has dirt on it like someone used their other foot to push the heel down to take them off. Honestly I hope the boots are worth the hassle, because I don't know another company that sends out used merchandise when you purchase something that is supposed to be new.

Order arrived fast however the boots were stained and the bottoms were worn a bit as if slightly used and once returned already. What a hassle, now I have to take time to get to Canada Post and send them back and hope that they send me a NEW pair in my size and colour. If the company can rectify this situation I will update my review and let you know how the boots actually fit, feel and perform.

I’ve been wearing Baffin Winter Boots for 12 years…same pair! We lived in the snowbelt in Ontario and now on the Atlantic coast in NS and these boots have stayed warm and comfortable no matter what Mother Nature threw at me. Time to buy another pair, and Baffin Brand is my only choice!

My impact boots lasted half a season before the soles on both boots started to come away. It took me a long time to get a refund and chase emails. I do not recommend. Bad quality that’s clearly not built for extreme cold weather and bad quality customer service. No apologies, no replacement and luckily I got them refunded in the end. Not what you want from any product or business.

Recently got a pair of Zone hiking boots. These are easily the best hiking boots I've ever owned. If you are an outdoor enthusiast and know the value of buying high quality gear, I highly recommend Baffin. The service was seemless and my order arrived quckly and so nicely packaged.
