I understand that reheating dishes can change their taste. However, I placed my order at 3 PM, and it was delivered by 3: 30 PM, which was already late for lunch. Therefore, it doesn't make sense to suggest that I should reheat the food.

I'm not sure why you assume that the customer made a mistake, leading to the poor taste. Acknowledging the truth and accepting negative reviews shouldn't offend or disappoint you. Consider it constructive feedback and focus on improving quality. Truly, customers don't leave comments to demoralize restaurants. I ordered with high hopes after reading your ratings.

I don't understand why these restaurants have such high ratings when the food is below average.

I ordered Chicken Biryani and Chicken 65.

Chicken Biryani: It wasn't as excellent as its overrated reviews on Google suggest. I would rate it 2, or at most 3 out of 5.

Chicken 65: It had an excessive amount of red color, and the taste was the worst.

Be cautious before ordering from these restaurants.

Now, I realize that I should order only one item as a trial before deciding on a proper lunch.

The best chicken 65 biryani! I recommend purchasing the large tray for $32+ if you’re going to be buying Biryani because the regular small one is just not enough when it has you craving more and more! I love the biryani here and I order out here anytime i have visitors or just a craving because it never fails to impress!

We catered their food for two events during my daughter's wedding. Alhumdulliah the food was amazing! Every single guest praised it and liked it. Sister Fayaz is really nice and kept her word to deliver tasty food and good quantity too. Alhumdulliah

Buyed 15 persons large tray biryani and they charged extra for mirchi ka salan! Absolutely disappointed.

Visited this place yesterday and got Biryani and Haleem! The food was so authentic and mindblowing. Drove from St. Catharines and this place was 5 out of 5.
Will definitely return when i'm in the area again.

Biryani is very delicious, and food is very tasty. The issue with them, when we ordered the food with them for a party and we told them we will come and pic at 12 pm, they started to make our order after we went there at 12. Finally, we ended up getting the food at 1: 00.
Apart from that, food is very delicious and starters are very tasty. No complaints.

Delicious. Try the biryani and the chicken 65. Absolutely worth it. The staff at this location were also extremely helpful, friendly and quick. Definitely stop by and give it a try. I would have taken pictures of the biryani but it came to the table hot and delicious and well I forgot.

Hyderabadi mutton briyani is good and taste unique compared to other brampton places and priced affordable compared to mississauga

We have been going to Baig's since they first opened. The food and customer service has remained the same always! Great food and great staff. A regular for their delicious Chai!

Just driving by and decided to stop by. What an amazing experience i had. Mohammed hanif and kiran were the best servers i have come across. Very knowlegeable, courteos, friendly and polite. And not to mention, the food was just as amazing. A sure repeat for me

The briyani platter with chicken 65 tasted really good. Ordered the rumali roti, it was very crispy mostly, hardly any soft roti. The naan was fluffy and great.

I ordered their grill platter and mutton biryani. Mutton was hard and wasn't completely cooked. In grill platter beef seekh kabab was partially cooked it was red pinkish from inside. Chicken was cooked fine

Ordered a haleem and kebab.haleem was bland.but the kebabs were not so bad.there are better places with far better menu.if they want to make it good need to really up the flavors.

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant. Mohammed helped me to order food that was suitable for me. He went beyond and above. He added the flavour of biryani as I don't eat chicken and I am vegetarian. He suggested that I order a paneer dish. We had a lovely chat about our background as I was with a friend. Overall loved the place and will visit more often. Thanks so much for everything, Mohammed. Please keep doing what you are doing and always smile, as we don't get to see many interactions these days among people.

Amazing food. FRESHLY baked soft Naans and flavourful curries. DELICIOUS desserts. Warm cozy ambience. Highly Recommended. Definitely we will visit again.

I often travel 50 kms just to eat their qurbani ka meetha. Other items in the menu are equally awe inspiring.

Food is delicious and exceptional at Baig's Grill, presentation is amazing, quantity is more than expected. Always enjoyed delicious Hyderabadi Biryani, mixed grill and delicious finger licking kheer and had good experience with anything ordered from the menu. Highly recommended.

This place is AUTHENTIC! Their;
- Mutton biryani
- Chicken 65
- Lukmi (pastry stuffed with meat)
- Rumaali roti (ultra thin roti)
- Shahi Tukda (kinda like bread pudding)
- Khubaani ka meetha (creme brulee with indian apricot jam)
is TO DIE FOR. We live 45 minutes away but still come here regularly as the food is amazing. It's a family run restaurant by very humble people. Love love love their food!

Excellent Kebab wraps takeout, both chicken and beef were delicious. The large fresh naan wraps were perfect. Enjoyed them so much, we made multiple trips there over several days.

Best Hyderabadi food in GTA. Very friendly staff which is soo rare to find in desi restaurants. Loved it!

Great place for dining in and takeout. Authentic Indian taste. Perfect amount of spice and texture in their food. Takeout times vary so make sure you order ahead.

So glad to find this place for authentic Hyderabadi cuisine. The special biryani both chicken or mutton is superb and quantity is good for 3 people. The Chicken 65 is also extraordinary. The butter chicken was not that great but since other items were excellent, I am waiting for better butter chicken coming up by Baigs soon.

What a fantastic exponent of traditional Indian food! Moreover, a testament to the culturally rich heritage. A delicious cuisine that hails from Hyderabad deccan - south of India. Succulent kebabs! Aromatic biryani! Felt like a true nawab!

We went there on recommendation and it was not a bad experience!
Starting from their kabab and Fish to their mutton Karahi and Dum ka Chicken to end With Chicken Biryani And Desert… Every dish was so perfect and balanced in taste … Their biryani was Surprise cause it looks like dry from outside but when you get into it there is the Masala and pieces either it is mutton or chicken its super delicious!
Heads up to their server Hameed who was the only one available at the moment and served with his heart. I would have see 1 or 2 more server so that you don’t have to look every time to ask or order something. And yes their fresh and so soft Naan! Amazing experience!

If you are looking for Authentic Hyderabdadi Flavours, visit Baig, Special chicken Biryani, Apollo fish, Qubani ka meetha is worth trying, Baig Saab (owner) was very kind, we went with kids but did not order French fries, he was so kind to offer Fries for the kids, felt like eating home food:)

Thank you for an amazing dinner last evening! The mutton biriyani n dum Ka chicken were incredible. While Mohammed was the only server in a extremely busy restaurant, he did not skip any one by his excellent service and politeness. Hats off to the server and the restaurant for the amazing memorable dinner.

Arrived with a part of 10 with advance booking. We were warmly welcomed, it didn't take long for food to arrive after the order. The food was authentic Hyderabadi cuisine. The service was excellent, Hamid and Jasmine provided pleasant service even though the restaurant was busy with other big families.

Wanted to check the place for real Hyderabadi Biryani and food. Very much satisfied with Baig grills fresh food, authentic taste, good environment and very friendly staff specially Muhammad and Jasmine. Love the food. Must must visit again to check other items on menu.

In my 12 years of Food Experience in Canada I never find Authentic Hyderabadi Food. Baigs Grill is Authentic Hyderabadi Food. The owner was very friendly and kind. Finally I find Hyderabadi Food in GTA.
