Service was amazing, when i went to go for my eye exam, Dr. Kim was very patient and was through and efficient with the exam. Deanna, Sumir, and Alexis were great in helping me select styles and with purchasing. When I came for pickup, both Erum and Jay were very amazing. Also love the amount of frames you can select from, was a very great experience from the moment I walked in.

I purchased glasses for my son, and the experience was excellent. The staff was not only friendly but also knowledgeable, ensuring I received great assistance. The frames are aesthetically pleasing, and the pricing is reasonable. Overall, a highly satisfying experience.

Eye exam was smooth, quick and easy. Picking frames and having it adjusted was very helpful. Picking up my brand new glasses is wonderful my eyes adjusted quick and flawlessly. No headaches perfectly adjusted in 1 day!

I had great hopes for new glasses. My prescription hadn't changed in 5 years. I looked on the web for some colorful, modern frames. BN had some nice ones, and I chose frames that had add on clip-on sunglasses. (Let me just say, I got 2 pair of glasses from LC with my new prescription - no problem). At BN was no chair/desk to sit at to try frames or be measured. (I am having a hip replacement soon). They had no equipment for measuring pupils, just put dots on the lenses. I got the glasses 2 days ago. I wore them around the mall the evening I picked them up. The frames were loose. The clerk said she adjusted them but there was almost a 1" space behind my ear before the frames curved. The lenses made my eyes hurt, like the astigmatism or centering was off. And the clipons were gold metal, while the frame arms were silver. Problems with ordering, problems with making the lenses, problems with fitting on pickup. As I have a week + till surgery and up to 3 months recovery, I took them back the next morning. I could not trust BN at any stage. They did, however, refund me with no issues, and that is why
I gave them 1 star. Nice looking frames -failed at most everything else. Ordered new frames with magnetic clip-on sunglasses at C***** big box store the same day for less. The reason I'm posting is they sent me an email asking how I liked my new glasses.

Attended Bailey Nelson Square One in late May for the first time to shop for new eyeglasses. Nice, quaint store. A pleasant lady, Meon, looked at my prescription, assisted me in selecting frames and made a couple of recommendations. She gave me a clear breakdown of cost, with options, but didn’t put pressure on purchasing right away, however I did so because I was satisfied and didn’t want to continue shopping elsewhere. After receiving email notification that my eyeglasses were ready for pickup in early June, I attended the store, met Meon again, tried the eyeglasses which felt good. I’d recommend visiting this store and seeing Meon personally because she was courteous, patient and had great customer service. Thank you again Meon! Came for my exam and purchase two pairs of glasses. Extremely easy process and everything was direct billed so I didn’t have to worry about the hassle of submitting claims. Optometrist and staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Bonus points for having an exclusive promo for Blue Cross members!

I had the best eye glass experience at Square One. The two women that guided me through the process were phenomenal. I had so many questions, comments and concerns and they took their time to give me the best options. I highly would recommend visiting this store. Prices and styles of glasses are incredible.

Just got my 2 pair yesterday! I must say the quality of glasses is just amazing! I really love their frame collection.

However, slightly disappointed with the one pair of glasses I received! They made mistakes making one of my glasses. I chose the golden colour for my frame, but unfortunately when I received the glass, it was navy grey!

I roamed around the entire Square 1 mall and couldn’t find anything that I liked. Bailey Nelson had the best collection with reasonable prices. Service was quick, easy and friendly. I would highly recommend this branch in Square 1. Thank you

Really love the new frames and i was very impressed with the service and customer care. For lenses wearers first timers and not I really hope you have your first experience with them they did inform me that there is a sitting with an ophthalmologist before you proceed with buying the contacts which i didn’t see in the previous clinic i frequented

It was my first time at Bailey Nelson- Square One location and I will certainly go back! The staff were extremely helpful and my glasses were affordable.

We came into Square One on a last minute shopping for a gift. While we were on a tight budget and stores were closing, we had limited options and time. We were fortunate to land in Bailey Nelson and met the Amazing Jay, who suggested us with some nice and affordable designs instantly. We are very satisfied with the sunglasses as the gift purchase.

Thanks to all staff at Square One location for their patience, knowledge and assistance. In particular I am grateful to Arsh who got the knowledge of a future optometrist and patiently helped me change my choices from ultra progressive to computer and bifocal lenses with great titanium frames.

Wow I rarely leave 1 star reviews but my experience was that bad.
I went in for an eye exam on December 15 last year, and that went well and the optometrist was great and very caring, went above and beyond recommending eye health strategies to keep my eyes healthy. The single star I bothered to give is for her alone.
I ordered small round bronze frames the same day and it was $279 plus tax. Already more expensive than most stores, but I figured it’s fine since they’re an Australian brand so I assumed better quality.
They said it’d take max 10 days. I called after over over 3 weeks and they basically had no idea what happened, didn’t explain on the phone, just said my order wasn’t placed or something went wrong (they seemed confused) so they put in the order again. They said they’d give me free blue light filter to make up for it, and would call me when it was ready.
Over 2 weeks go by and no call. I finally called them and they said they’d look for it and call back, they did and it was there… but they didn’t call me. When I got there the frame was the wrong frame, not the one I ordered, and they offered to replace it with an old frame from their box of frames. I was like… no, I’ll keep these new ones and don’t want loose lenses or anything so I just ended up leaving with the glasses. The glasses look nice, thank God, but I would expect to get what I ordered if I pay over $400 including eye exam. And on time, too. I ordered Dec 15,2022 and didn’t get them until today Jan 27,2023. Over a month for a pair of glasses. I desperately needed them too as mine were falling apart. They didn’t even apologize for the delays or their mistakes, terrible customer service. I would go back for the eye exam alone but BUY YOUR ACTUAL GLASSES ELSEWHERE.

It was a great experience, doing the eye exam and shopping for my glasses here at Bailey Nelson. Came in for a walkin eye exam, Dr. Kim was extremely professional and patient with the entire eye exam session. Everything was well explained and the staff is nice to customers as well! Definitely recommend this place for an eye exam and getting their glasses!
