Bailey Nelson Optometrist - Oshawa Centre

I would never recommend a pair of these glasses to anyone. They staff is beyond lovely, but the products are garbage. Ive never had to righten a screw so many times and so frequently. It happens just spontaneously.and now im stuck without glasses because of it.im appalled. This should not be happening.

From start to finish the store team here was fantastic! The eye exam was very impressive. Everyone was friendly and thorough! I highly recommend.

I’ve only had the glasses a couple of days, so I don’t yet know if they are a 5. What I do know is that I love that they have a section for narrow fit (I gave a small face!) the prices were great, and I believe I’ve found a new store to be loyal to!

We were quickly attended by this young man who left us on our own to choose the frame. I was a bit disappointed by his lack of knowledge
on the usual procedures once you've chosen your frames. Unsure if we'll come back as it's also out of our way!

It is now 5 days since I picked up my new glasses last Wednesday afternoon and after many adjustments, I left feeling unsure if they would stay fitted for very long.

By Friday (2 days later), my glasses did not fit me anymore as the frame was all stretched out and every time I looked down at my dog or cats for whatever reason or plain looking down as people do, had I not caught my glasses by hand, they probably would have broken.

They also feel so flimsy now that they're all stretched out. I believe he overtightened the screws when I asked him to make sure they would not fall off my face, so now they're unusable!

I'm soooo disappointed as this so called promotion through my insurers was supposed to be a money savere

Very satisfied with the eye exam and service I received to order the glasses. They billed my insurance directly. Glasses were ready in the promised time and received email to verify. I went in to pick them up and the process was quick and smooth. A very positive experience overall.

Very friendly staff and a very knowledgeable optometrist. They didn't just want to take advantage of patient's insurance benefits by giving them expensive glasses but were very honest in assisting patients to pick the best glasses that's suitable for them but also within a good price range.

Everyone was so helpful! I appreciate everyone’s help! Found some cute glasses for myself and also I love how they have the eye exam timings posted in the front! Just happened to pop by in the mall and saw they had available times! Very smart! Thanks!
