The glasses arrived 1 week late which might be due to Christmas gap. The arm of the glasses was not banded to hold the ears properly. It was difference from the display in shop.

Great customer service and selection of glasses. Michelle helped us choose our glasses and answered all our questions about our insurance. She was very knowledgable and explained everything very thoroughly. Will definitely come here again.

Selecting a new frame is complicated if your eyesight is poor, as is the case, for me. So having patient staff is crucial in making a stress-free decision. The staff at Bailey Nelson Fairview, are wonderfully attentative, and very patient.

Dr. Adriana was very knowledgeable, patient and overall caring! My eye exam went as smooth as it could ever and she was really patient in helping me put on contact lenses for the first time in 10 years.

Mani was very knowledgeable about all the products. He made shopping for glasses very fun and most importantly he is able to listen to the needs/preference of the clients.

First, I went to have another lens made for my glasses, which were supposed to be the same as the first one. They gave me the darkened lenses in grey, which I did not ask for, without the anti-reflective coating for computer use. I also think they should explain to the customers the different types of lenses and how everything works.

Bailey Nelson is the best, cheapest, superior great frame selection, super awesome customer service. 90% of glasses shops are owned by 1 company, Exotica, and they all charge crazy prices for ugly frames. This one is independent from Australia and they charge wayyy cheaper prices for better frames. The real deal!

My Optician was amazing, very detailed and she really took her time to make sure everything worked perfectly. Love my glasses they’re gorgeous and perfect for my eyes. Been struggling driving at night now I’m good to go. Thank you and I recommend Bailey Nelson.

The store has great vibes, sleek décor and exceptional customer service. The entire process was fast, easy and convenient. We didn’t feel rushed instead they took out the time to explain all the options for lenses.
