Wonderful experience at Bailey Nelson - Mapleview! Was able to book a comprehensive eye exam quickly and easily online. Dr. Sum made me feel very confident and explained everything well. I haven’t been able to drive in contacts in years and was able to see 20/20 in trial lenses she set me up with on the spot. Stylish and fun selection of frames to choose from. Mark and Mai provided excellent customer service. Mark went the extra mile to go over all the options and my insurance coverage. Overall, I was very pleased - top notch service, selection AND great price

The doctor did my eye exam before the dilation eye drops worked! She supposed to wait longer but she just examined me in less than 10 minutes from taking the drop when I was still seeing everything clearly. I walked around in the mall and ten minutes later the eye drop started working and everything was blurry which means she didn’t do the examination in the right timing and didn’t get the accurate results. Don’t go there and go somewhere else when you can get a professional service.

I had my first eye exam done here since before COVID, and had an amazing experience. The staff were very kind and walked me through the whole experience with ease. I’m very thankful for the optometrist Bonita for showing me my eyes visually through photos and for explaining it to me in a way that provided insight about my eye health and vision.

The doctor was very helpful and provided many options for contact lenses. The customer service reps were very attentive our needs. We had an amazing shopping experience here.

Dr. Tsai gave a thorough eye exam and always took the time to explain things and go over the results in detail. Very appreciated.

What a fantastic group working at Bailey Nelson! I went it for a routine eye exam and to purchase new glasses which is usually a fairly mundane outing. But this team made it fun!
I appreciated the doctor explaining each post of the exam and the enthusiastic and honest assistance from the whole group in choosing new frames.
I will absolutely return, and recommend anyone needing a check up visit!

I had my first eye exam here and Dr. Tsai was so kind and informative. She was also very honest with my results and did not make me feel pressured to purchase glasses. The sales associate was also very helpful and not at all pushy which I appreciate very much. I ended up purchasing my first pair of glasses to help with distance and I’m excited to pick these up in a couple of weeks.

Bonita helped me with my eye exam. She was very nice and personable, and she was so friendly. The sales associate angela did my pre-test, and also helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses after I finished my eye exam. She was so nice and helpful and recommended a nice pair of glasses that look great on me. The staff here is really great, I recommend anyone that needs glasses to come to this location.
