Bain Printing

I have been using Bain printing for almost 3 decades always been very happy until today when I was basically shunned And actually hung up on by bill and the owner stan backed to him up, When I called back to discuss that I did appreciate getting hung up on. Stan asked me what I would like done because of the situation and I asked him as a business owner what do you think is right and he said well I’m going to back up my own staff members. For Stan to say what could I help you with an how can we make you a satisfied customer once again? But I definitely did not get that hopefully retirement will be coming up in the near future for this business.
