One of the Genuine and best clinic in the town. Drs and staff were soo nice and welcoming. I had no issues giving my insurance details and get my treatment done. Definitely recommending whoever is planning to go there.

I love the staff here! Dr Nam is my son and daughter’s dentist. They were both really nervous at the dentist but Dr Nam is so patient and gentle with them they’ve started not to mind coming to the dentist anymore. Dr Bal did my root canal and I did not feel a thing and his assistant was so sweet. All around great staff and great service

I really like this dental office Dr. Bal is very nice to all the client. Also all the team and pilipina people who work are really really good they are all very hard working people and nice. Oh my gosh. I love this place so much. The receptionists are so nice and the service is absolutely astonishing. Everybody is so friendly and the environment is very nice. Dr. Bal is so nice and kind hearted. He makes me feel comfortable and I will definitely go back there again!

I had a teeth cleaning at this dental clinic two years ago. They told me $170 when I called at the beginning and charged me more than $340 without dental check up. Almost doubled the price!

I never schedule any appointment since then. Now they keep calling me saying I have an appointment due. Avoid this clinic!

10/10 would recommend Dr. Bal and his team! Scheduled an appointment to get my wisdom tooth out. The most smoothest procedure I’ve ever done! The only dentist I trust with my teeth going forward and surely will have my family coming here too. Thank you Dr. Bal!

I've been regular to this dental clinic for over 4 years.
I have been treated for false cavities and used up insurance money over and over.
When he told I need to be treated for 6 cavities. I had doubt, took an opinion with two other dentists, and they found no cavities at all. Avoid this clinic.

As someone who has never been comfortable with going to the dentist I really have to say that Dr Bal and his staff made me feel right at home. I was a very nervous patient when I first started coming to bal dental centre but Dr Bal is always so gentle and over time I have come to be much more comfortable being in the chair. I would without a doubt recommend bal dental centre to anyone in the area.

I recently had a terrible tooth ache and I needed to find a dentist right away because I was in such terrible pain. Dr Bal was able to see me right away and was so gentle and really made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend to him my family and friends.

The best dental clinic in town! Everyone is friendly and professional from the front desk Mam pinky to the people at the back nicole, mam gin, joni, dr. Nam and Dr. Bal! I like how they treat us every visit, the equipments are high tech and place is very clean looks premium! One thing i like is e everytime you enter here, you really feel security and knowing that they will always take care of their clients.

Not happy with the service. I know the staffs are wonderful there, but experienced a bad service this time. Hope they do a better job next time.

The girl on the phone said the cleaning for teeth is $100 and when I told them I had insurance they said it’s $240, which is not fair it’s should be the same the ripping off the insurance company. Worst service

Yesterday I have a terrible experience with Bal Dental Centre. My wife called them and asked how much they would charge for a extraction of a milk tooth. They said including scanning or X-Ray for $128. We made appointment and went there. Technician took scan and then doctor came said there are 6 teeth to be extracted. At the same time mt daughter was afraid and crying. Doctor told us you are not ready come back when you are ready. He said he did not have time to wait. I said ok fine we will come some other time. I went to receptionist and try to make an appointment. She said $160 please. One scan $160. She said because doctor did examination. But they told me scaning and extraction of tooth is $128. They never told me fee for Doctor examination. He only spent a few minutes to check the scan. They should have said at the begining when we asked for price. They had hidden charges like crook companies. I argued with receptionist and I told my daughter that because she cried we they could not extract her tooth and we were charged for nothing. A woman came and told me she was going to talk to my daughter. Then she said they are going to make a complain because I was angry to my daughter. I was only angry at them for charging me in a crook way. My daughter got very angry at them for lying, using my daughter as an excuse to rip me off. Later she said she was going to charge me only $200 for extracting for two teeth and she was not going to charge me for scanning. I said alright. Doctor extracted two teeth. I went to pay Receptionist and pay $200. She said $360 please. I asked shouldn't be $200 she said no. 200 only for two teeth 100 for doctor's examination and 60 for scanning. To look at scan it is $100. If you are going to extract teeth don't you need to look at scan? Why extra charge.
In short they just try to rip you off. They should learn to be honest.

Terrible clinic. Only care to take your money. They dont listen to customers. They offered a bunch of procedures I didnt want and refused to perform the root canal I needed as being too long and not economical for the clinic.

The doctor is totally Rip off. I had gone for an emergency regarding my wisdom tooth.he examined my oral cavity and advised me for fillings on numerous teeth. He was least concerned about my problem.he was about to leave the room when I had to asked him what about my wisdom tooth dr. I went to another dentist where she diagnosed I dont have such cavities. Total Rip off.just want to earn money

Very good doctor and staff. Dr. Bal helped me diagnose the reason for tooth pain. Suggested some good home remedies and mouth wash to avoid extraction. They think about the patient and recommend treatments only as needed. Very cooperating staff. I also got my cleanup done at them.
Ms. Bal is very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable in terms of present visit and future visits. Samantha at the desk is very supportive and particularly in my case, has always been kind to all my tantrums of frequent appointment changes. Truly recommended dentist, Dr. Bal. Thank you v much team.

Do NOT go here to have a denture made. This office maxed out my insurance benefits and gave a denture that was made wrong and is totally useless.this office would not do anything to rectify the problems. I had to go to the lab in person to try and have the denture fixed and even then it was still horrible and unusable. After 1 full year of not being able to eat with the denture in, constant gagging and experiencing pain from the other denture, I finally went to Apple Denture on Lawrence and they provided a complete new denture for less than half of what this clinic charged. All about the money at this place.

I am the most picky client when it comes to dentist because I have supper sensitive teeth! Now I’m 5 months pregnant, and I’m even worst. But I have to tell all of you who think of coming here for service. They are so friendly and they did such a wonderful job from customer service to all the dentist works. They really understand for my baby brain which made me missing my morning appt, and still be ale to get me in the afternoon. I also wanted to cancel my afternoon appt just because I had a bad day, and being such a baby. But no, they really try their best to make the appt happens for me. And, I’m so glad I went in. That was the LEAST painful dentist appointment I have ever been to. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Note to Bal dental centre: I’m sorry I was such a bad client, but I’m gonna let u know now I will be your loyal customer. I’ll come as often as I can and I will be your dream guest.
