I've used balloon celebrations twice now and was very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail on both occasions. They delivered on time as promised and their arrangements were beautiful!

Steve saved the day and gave us the most amazing decorations and at the last minute, to make our special occasion amazing and then came and picked up the arch and left Over Ballons. Definitely the company to use.

Service was terrible, the person I was communicating with seemed lazy.

Gave me prices then asked right away if I'd like to place an order based on the 20 words email they've sent me. The sales person had zero interest in learning what I needed help with.

I have ordered bouquets from this place twice and they were reliable and did a great job. We will definitely use the service again.

I just wanted to thank you for doing a great job with the balloons for my event at Ruth Chris Restaurant in Markham - the bouquets were gorgeous and all of my guests commented on how beautiful they were. Also, I'm not sure who the delivery guy was but I received feedback that he was amazing and super helpful - he didn't just drop off the delivery, he spent time helping to set up and even offerred suggestions that some of the bouquets be put on top of the tables because the celings in the room were exceptionally high and it was the perfect suggestion. I was told that he was very nice and made a lot of great suggestions as to placement of the bouquets in the space and he even brought an extra 5 and 0 with him and was able to use those effectively to really highlight the room.
