Balloon Celebrations

Called and asked about a price on a picture on their website for balloons for a birthday. The lady told me it was 20-25$ per balloon and that they had a 100 of them. Then she said she will send me picture with something similar. I didn’t get the email so I emailed them.finally I got a picture and it’s nothing similar to the one I asked about with a quote of almost $600 plus $95 to setup. I thought maybe I heard it wrong on the phone about the price of the one I originally asked for so I replied back to confirm and they never responded. It says on their website that they are competitive and they will work with you to create the perfect balloon design for our event. Bunch of words on a website. People read this and think they are going to get good service. I would not recommend.

Balloon wouldn’t fit in our car so the gentleman was nice enough to let some air out to ensure it would fit back in!

Very happy with the balloon arrangements I ordered. Placed the order on Monday and they were delivered Wednesday. Lots of pictures on their website for suggestions. They were custom made to my specifications with input from Melanie at the company. Great local company. I recommend calling them for your balloon needs.

I found Balloon Celebrations by fluke as I was doing some research for my son's 13th birthday. I wanted to make his day memorable. I reached out to and received an email back from Melanie with some pricing based on what I was looking for and my budget. They were very accommodating. I absolutely loved the balloon bouquet, it went well with my theme and my son really liked the decorations.

Steve was very responsive and helpful in creating a balloon bouquet for my 40th birthday. I found his contact information online and called on a whim and was pleasantly pleased when he was able to accommodate my request and deliver it same day, within hours! My family and friends, who caught a glimpse of the balloons during their drive by greetings, were impressed as much as I was. I would definitely order from Steve again and have recommended Balloon Celebrations Concord to my family and friends. BONUS for me was an Elvis Presley happy birthday serenade by Steve. Thank you!:)

All the stars for this company! I had ordered two balloon bouquets for a baby shower a day before and received the absolute best customer service. I arrived at the location to pick up the balloons and was initially overwhelmed by how beautiful the arrangement was. The realization that it wouldn't fit in my car came a few seconds later. Steve was so generous in offering to deliver the balloon bouquets for me. I received nothing but compliments on the balloons and it really brought everything together. Kudos to Steve and his team for the amazing customer service! This is the only balloon place that exists for me from now on!

He planned and did all the balloons for my event I had compliments on the design. I worked with a guy named Steve he was super friendly and easy going and was even an hour early to ensure we got our balloons set up on time. Honestly if there was 10 stars I would give this company a 10
