We ordered some table top bouquets for a fun little award ceremony for 4 of our colleagues - they came out AMAZING! Ben and Missy were very helpful with accommodating our requests, including a last minute delivery date change!
They matched our logo colours and printed our 'core value' phrases on foil balloons exactly how we asked.

Honestly, I purchased today for delivery tomorrow, I accidentally entered the wrong address and I panicked. I sent a text in the chat box asking to change the address. It said I’d receive an email for a response so that was amazing- i didn’t have to sit around waiting looking at my phone. I came a couple hours later to check to see if anyone had responded and to my surprise my order was fixed and exactly how I needed it to be. The efficiency is what is most admirable and I will 100% purchase from balloonery again.

The staff I’ve talked to whenever I place a phone order are always so amazing. The last arrangement I ordered was for a surprise party and was totally made custom over the phone. From beginning to end, and with each person I spoke with (Shawn, Missy, Jonathan) my experience working with the folks at Balloonery was nothing short of PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, and PERFECT! I work at a school and wanted to order one dozen balloon bouquets (see photos) to make our Open House events more festive and fun. I was in very good hands with these people and made a special request for an EARLY delivery because of the start time of our events - out of their normal delivery window, but they were happy to accommodate. Went in to see if they have daisy balloons for my daughter’s first birthday and the kind lady at the counter said they don’t but insisted on giving my daughter a beautiful sunflower balloon free of charge. Too sweet! They have such nice balloons at their shop, might look into ordering in the near future!

Beyond exceptional customer service! They go above and beyond for their customers. We’ve ordered a few times from them and each time they out do themselves. There was a miscommunication with my order for my daughter’s birthday and we did not receive what I thought we ordered. They not only fixed our order, they delivered an upgraded order within a few hours of finding out what happened. We were expecting a few balloons to replace the incorrect ones in our arrangement, not a beautiful new arrangement. They care for their customers and strive to make their event perfect. Excellent service. I had ordered several bouquets of balloons in two colours - bright yellow and berry pink - for a garden celebration of our 50th anniversary. The day before the event it became clear that because of predicted all-day rain the whole shebang would have to be moved indoors. Now I realized that the yellow I'd chosen would clash with my differently-shaded yellow walls. What to do? So I called and spoke to Shawn (?) who assured me I could still change my selection, even at that late date. He was very kind and accommodating. I substituted a bright green for the yellow, and the resulting effect was delightful. These pretty balloons, which arrived right on time, greatly enhanced the celebratory atmosphere of our gathering. This was my first time using this company but it won't be my last! I hosted a luau theme bridal shower event for my daughter on August 21,2021. The guests at the event all commented on how beautiful the decorations were, especially the balloons from Ballonery. Shawn provided me with excellent customer service, as changes were ongoing, Shawn was very patient. He was great and offered suggestions based on our event space. They are attentive to their customers and truly embody what customer service is all about! I do not like to deal with companies who have no phone number and only online. Shawn would call if things needed to be discussed instead of endless emails. Jonathan did an amazing job of setting up the pool balloons and great to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Balloonery as your go to place for all things balloons! Truly amazing customer service experience and I would give you 10 stars if I could!

Everything about this place is awesome. The selection of fun, cute, and hilarious balloons, the witty confirmation and delivery emails, and the prompt delivery. Turned a good-bye zoom call into a farewell party. Highly recommend, will definitely be ordering from here again.

First time trying this company and I will never look for balloons anywhere again. Huge selection online, and reasonably priced. Was hesitant to buy from a website but lockdown doesn't permit me to shop around as much. Turns out this was lucky because the balloons arrived on time with a nice delivery person and they were COLOSSAL and spectacular! A nice surprise because things you order online are usually smaller than you expected or just slightly disappointing in some way. These were stunning! Absolutely unbeatable value.
