The team at Balsam Promotions is knowledgeable and ready to help every step of the way. I had a great experience with Ryan, Genevieve, and Mandy when ordering new company clothing for our staff at Mac Taylor Corporation. Our order was completed and delivered very efficiently, and the quality of the products is fantastic. I would highly recommend.

I have used Balsam for the last 2-3 Years for all of our companies corporate gifting needs. Typically work with Ryan and can honestly say the level of customer service is unmatched. They have met every need we've challenged them with and have always provided us with a quality product no matter what it is we've ordered. HIGHLY recommend the Balsam team!

Balsam Promotions is a wonderful establishment that has helped out my small business tremendously! They helped us with getting sweaters embroidered in 2019 and we went back this year for outdoor jackets and everything turned out exactly as requested! They are great at listening to what your vision is and making it a reality. Great customer service and attention to detail. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality promotional merchandise to help their business thrive!

I recently attempted to order jackets through Balsam promotions after using them in the past but after several attempts at getting a quote for nearly a month and having my final email go unanswered I paid a rush fee to have them done somewhere else. I would have left a 1 star review but have ordered and had a good experience with them in the past, I’m not sure why it didn’t go as well this time. Perhaps it was just the person I was dealing with.

Switching providers is always risky, but even more so when you're working with a tight timeline. Balsam Promotions handled my questions professionally and delivered great products on time!

Working with Balsam has been an outstanding experience. Our account manager Ryan is exceptional, and their showroom is well stocked with a wide selection. I've worked with a number of promotional printing companies over the years - Balsam is in its own league, highly recommended.

Custom Promotional business that carries many lines of product, but specializes in construction/safety wear apparel as well as in-house embroidery.
Balsam is a Family own company and has been in the business for many years. The team has great customer service as they are a small group and work closely together.
While some employees have been there for quite some time, there is also a turnover rate. This is likely due to understaffing or lack of proper training in upper management. (common in family owned business)
There is a lot of potential here, They have a lot of room for growth, and could provide a much better service if they would loosen up, and focus on raising employee moral.
