BAD EXPERIENCE, I DO NOT recommend this place.
I bought my wife a massage package as she was going though a lot of stress but she delayed the use of it and when she try to use it she was told it was expired, My understanding is that gift cards don't expire in Ontario, they were rude and didn't want to honor the voucher, she had to fight until they agree that paying $20 they will provide the service that I previously pay for.
The massage was OK but the experience was stressful as she wasn't comfortable about her safety during the session.

This experience blew me away! I'm leaving this review as I'm leaving the spa because it was just that good! Brandy gave me a full body scrub, facial and 80 min massage and it was unreal. The massage was the best I've ever had! She was so attention to detail and so kind as well. I'm so happy I will definitely be returning to see Brandy again.

I had my first ever lash lift and tint here done by Brandy. I am so happy with the results and Brandy was amazing, she answered all of my questions and explained what she was doing while she did it. The spa itself is sanitary and has a very calming environment.

Great place to unwind. Had the best manicures and pedicures with Binal. She makes you feel welcomed, she’s patient and friendly. Always looking forward to my next appointment, regardless of what it is: massage, manicures, laser treatments, etc.

Definitely recommend for your beauty needs, whatever they may be.

My treatment and staff were amazing. I had such a relaxing experience and the quality and effort were well above. So glad I decided to try this spa and will be back for sure!

My experience was wonderful, the ladies that work there were extremely nice and welcoming. The salon is very clean and has a great atmosphere. I was taken in right away at my appointment time and was provided excellent service! Definitely will return:)

Daniella is the best ever, she does amazing work, is very professional and pleasant to be around. The spa is super clean and friendly.

I received a personal assessment of my skin and the recommended vitamin C facial treatment. The treatment was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. My skin was left soft, and with a very healthy glow. The appointment was slightly delayed as the spa was not yet open when I arrived and the esthetician did not introduce herself or use my name which gave a less personal feel than I have experienced elsewhere, however she was very kind, and professional and I was very happy with my facial.

I started coming to Balsam Spa around a year ago. I've become a regular client for waxing and other treatments since then. Sheena is amazing, she is so friendly and makes me feel very comfortable (especially on the first time I came in for waxing and was a bit shy!) Binal is also very kind and professional. The spa itself is clean, there's relaxing music and a nice cozy atmosphere. I highly recommend Balsam Spa to anyone looking for waxing or other spa related services.

My friend and I went for facials and had a lovely experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It was my first time getting a facial and the staff made me feel relaxed and were informative. We had the vitamin C facial and microdermabrasion, my skin felt and looked incredible after. I was glowing! I will definitely be back!

I took my husband here for a couples pedicure and it was just lovely! The place is well-maintained and relaxing. The staff there were great and so attentive. This was my husband's first pedicure and he said he is hooked now because they did such a great job. We will definitely be visiting again!

I had a Pre Natal massage with Rupal. First time getting a massage and everything from checking in to the massage was amazing and very professional. Front desk staff was so kind and welcoming. Rupal was so gentle and relieved my lower back pain I was experiencing since I got pregnant. She completely relieved my back pain, I can move without getting sharp pains. I feel so much better after the massage. I almost fell asleep during the massage. I would highly recommend Balsam Spa. Will be coming back soon again! Thank you

Amazing service. Brandy was awesome. She was very kind and did an amazing job. The spa was very clean and peaceful. I really enjoyed my experience there.

Celebrated with mom and sister with 3 pedicures together. It was such an enjoyable experience. It is not like a nail place but a spa experience with tea, private room and tranquil music and decor. Not a rushed experience. Pedicures looked and felt great.

My mom and I visited today and had a great time! Brandy made my mom feel especially welcomed and comfortable (it was her first time experiencing a hot stone massage).

I had my first visit at Balsam Spa in Newmarket.and it was great. I was greeted quickly and didn't have to wait too long before my treatments began. Very friendly and professional staff. I will definitely be returning.

My appointment was a last minute decision on my part to treat myself to a manicure and I was pleasantly surprised with this place; they were able to accommodate and Brandy was a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be going back, especially since they offer natural experiences.

This was my first time receiving a facial of any kind and I am very happy I chose balsam spa. I got the skin solution facial as well as the microdermabrasion treatment. Brandy made the experience very comfortable and practically painless (especially the extractions). The facial and hand massage that was included was wow, all I have to say is brandy has the hands of god. Definitely booking again for other services. Also I received 20% because it was my birthday! Totally worth it.

Lovely day spa with professional, friendly staff! I was welcomed warmly and the entire experience was very nice! I was expecting more of a full body head to toe relaxation massage vs a mix of Swedish and deep tissue with therapeutic fascia stretching, but it was wonderful anyway and I left feeling great. I would go back but would be more specific about what type of massage I want next time.
