I felt very nervous with the dentist as she had her cell phone watching a tiktok live while examining. Her attention and focus was solely on her device. I was going to go back for a cleaning but decided no way, as this same dentist had her office start calling me at 7 am to change an appointment already made. She wanted to leave early and was looking to move my appointment. What is this practice? Not on my recommendation list! Just terrible!

When I first came to Bamburgh Dental Office, I was in grade 7. I never knew the importance of keeping your teeth in check. The people at Bamburgh Dental Office were extremely helpful as they spent all these years helping me fix my teeth. I had an overbite and I didn’t know how to fix it. BDO introduced invisalign, which is a long process but less painful compared to normal braces. This really helped me because it enabled me to live my normal life without any eating restrictions. The people at BDO are also extremely nice. They would greet you and overall create a good experience for you. I am currently in grade 12, and I enjoyed all the years they helped me. My smile compared to gr7 is much greater, and whiter. I recommend coming here if you need braces, or just any dental treatment!
