Horrible customer service, so sad in the year 2023 there are still stores that will not let you return their merchandise, even if just bought recently and you have proof of purchase. I bought a jacket online and because it was on sale, I cannot return or exchange, it is final sale, that should not be allowed. People should be free to change their mind about an item purchased, especially if it doesn't fit or if you simply change your mind. Truly disappointed at Banana Republic - zero flexibility and no customer service left in this company.

Banana republic Heritage collection has changed the game altogether! The quality speaks by the look and cuts especially the leather and suede coats and jackets. Keep it up. And also you guys reduced the retail price of a suede trench coat and made the suede thinner and lighter weight. Pls do not do that, I am happy to pay the price for the quality it is. If yu haven’t noticed, many big brands are already copying and following this line your introduced and made a bold statement of fashion & quality (set the standards & keep it high) - good luck

This used to be the first spot I would go to for new clothes. Quality went down and prices went up. The fits are inconsistent and the most popular items aren't even in stock.

It's my first time to the mall in a long time and I gotta say, BR has got things right. Bought myself a blouse and pants to match, GREAT price. Service was good and I will be going back.

The staff is terrible at this location. The worst customer service ever. Had some items for return, the staff behaved weird and strange around it and also were reluctant in applying the discount from the banana membership on the items i purchased and were giving weird reasons for it.

Had an amazing experience with the sales associate, Rosa! She has amazing customer service skills and she helped me pick out some clothes! She's very personable and courteous and I'll definitely come back to this location again!

The store was good me. The person that helped me was efficient too. They let a lady with a giant dalmatian into the store. When did this become the norm? I don't want dog hair on my clothes and I know it wasn't an assistant dog too. Otherwise it was a decent store with a good selection. Maybe some better size options roof be good.

Friendly non-binary staff. Really glad to see some big corporations embrace diversity. And the staffs themselves are really helpful too.

A good big high end mall located at HWY 401 and Allen Rd. Free parking, many good brands, restaurants and cafes. Luxury brand are also presented.
Highly recommend the mall, one of the best shopping experiences.

Was greeted by multiple staff while I walked in.you don't see this in other retailers as the staff try avoiding you. I don't like the product tho as I feel like it's over prices and over rated. The quality is not so great either. But staff are very friendly and approachable

I find the sales staff very pushy in this store. I never feel like I can browse the store without a salesperson breathing down my back. It is a shame because, I enjoy the clothes so much.

Banana Republic is one of my favourite store I am in the store every week. They always have a sale going on, how can I resist? Great place to shop.

Beat location ever.staff are super friendly no one is rushing and managers are on the floor.they looked in the back and found my shoe. Very recommended and everything is 50%off. Will be back for sure

Well this is described as a women's clothing store and actually has a ton of men's apparel as well. The staff is amazing and super accommodating and they will help you with all of your buying decisions with ease. Plus the clothing offering itself is incredible and Immaculate, especially if you know anything about Banana Republic in the first place you won't be surprised. The quality of the clothing and the level of service are outstanding plus Yorkdale is an amazing mall to wander around before or after you swing by Banana Republic.
