Banana Republic

There was a lack of communication among the staff members. I purchased two items, but when I arrived home, I discovered that only one item was in the bag. It seems that they forgot to include the other item, and now they are stating that it is not possible. $75 wasted!

Who would have considered Banana Republic for accessories? Not me.til now.

This is the worst place to shop ever. The staff lacked integrity, honesty and transparency.

Terrible experience. I bought 6 items, total of $606.23. When i got home i realized they had left an item out of my bag. I called them about this and they said they would get back to me the next day after they do an investigation. After a week i got no call back. I had to call them and they said that they sent me an email that didnt go through. Uhhh okay? You didnt try calling me like you said you would? You have my email and phone number on file. Now i have to go in myself for the refund. I understand mistakes happen, but i was one of the only customers in the store, they took forever to bag my items, employees were chit chatting amongst themselves the whole time while bagging my items, and then the way they handled this is ridiculous. I spent over $600 at this store and this is how i am treated. I am never shopping at this store again. Honestly infuriating since i bought the clothing (wasnt cheap) for a special occasion, and now i have to go back to the store myself just for a refund and a small discount on a next purchase. The assistance i got before paying for the clothing was great, but the experience after that completely ruined it. This could have been handled in a much more professional manner.

Pushing products way to aggressivly, you could tell there was commision at stake. It aas like a crack dealer trying to profit by pushing.

I like this brand the quality and design are great of course it's pricy but I always find some pieces in sales collection and staffs were helpful

I love this place. The staff is really helpful and kind. They give good suggestion and the quality of the cloths is 5 on 5. We sometimes get really great deals from clearance section as well, so do check that when you visit here.

I was at your location today and one of your Representatives did a fantastic job, Harleen Kaur she was so helpful she gave off a great positive welcoming vibe while helping me and my mum.
