A store with a good amount of options for men's clothing. Got an overcoat there that goes really well with a suit. The service support was very attentive and helpful in looking for other clothing options. They even made the effort of speaking in Portuguese even though I did not need it. Overall, would recommend the store, at least for buying winter clothes. For social and black-tie events the options were limited.

They were I've enough to help me with a return.
But the quality of the belts I got were so low the buckle was scratched one of the belts when I tried it on and it couldn't be returned.

Made an online order for a jacket which was a really adorable purchase. Headed in person to the store where I met a lovely employee named Adriana had a pleasure talking to her. Great communication skills and knowledge on store items. If anyone happens to interact with her make sure you leave a good review as she is very helpful. Definitely left me with a smile on my face, I would definitely purchase again from this location.

Got a sweater as a birthday gift, my identification clearly shows my birthday on it. Tags on sweater. All I wanted to do was exchange it for something more suitable for my vacation in Cancun next week and the employees were going to exchange it, I walked around picked out something I liked only to be told I couldn't return it. Unworn tags still on.
Won't be shopping here anymore. LV and Gucci treat their clients way better and won't waste my time.

Ridiculous and aggressive staff behavior earn low stars for this clothing retailer. Escorted into the fitting room to try on two shirts, the attendant could have been handling bone china in earthquake. Laying the shirts out gingerly, flamboyant flourishes entering and exiting the cubicle. And don't get me wrong. Flamboyant flourishes in this context should be read as: sad-clown-drama and not Ben Stiller as male model. The cash register attendant was intent on obtaining an email address. Very aggressively. Three times a very intended "no, I don't want to provide my email address" was put forth. Wrapping the purchases was also a sad farce a la fitting room episode. Is management asleep in this location? Certain room for improvement. Take lessons from Harry Rosen or Nordstrom's men's departments.

My favourite store to go to in boxing day. Got real discounted items, pants worth $12 and $25. You just have to dig.

It's my go to BR store because of its convenient location. Staff are friendly and helpful. BR has the best clothing for work and it's a very good investment. They last long and look good even after plenty of washes.

Helpful staff, Cass was very good at engaging and getting me what I needed and gave good recommendations. They carry xl sizes, but not for everything, would be nice to have one or two 46 or 48 size jackets in store to try on.

I was browsing. Knocked over a mannequin - female staff jumped to help stand the clothing doll back up. I grabbed a fallen limb "here I can give you a hand". Staff laughed. I laughed. Didn't buy a thing but I feel good about this store's hiring decisions.

Bad customer service. One cashier working, while the customer in front of us decided to examine every inch of her item. For 10 minutes. Saw at least 2 managers and several associates walk by, completey ignoring the people waiting.

Probably the worse BR in all Ontario. The girls working there put on an attitude show as opposed to a customer service one. I went in today and asked about a different size for one of the jackets I was interested in. Took that jacket in a larger size in the fitting room just to see how it fits, along with another item that I needed a different size for. Waited for about 20 min, talked to the lady in the fitting room twice about the sizes I needed and was completely ignored. Got to the reception, asked one of the ladies headed to the registry (guess it was a manager) about the sizes on my items, and she rudely replied "you were briefed on the sizes a while ago". That never happened. The lady in the fitting room might have briefed her, or the person accompanying me BUT NOT ME. Then I have the luck to get checked out about this 'manager' lady (long dark hair, asian descent) who gave me an entire plate of attitude while at the cash registry, and then dismisses me with not even a look (kind of like "get out of my face" attitude). A smile wouldn't have ruined her day, would have now? It s not my job to make myself feel welcome in your store considering how often I shop your brand. It's your job to be decent enough to offer genuine services. Otherwise you should consider changing careers.

Easily the best Banana Republic store to go to. Expansive selection of clothing and a ton of staff members to help you with whatever you need.

I can only speak to the incredible character and care shown by all the employees during the shooting at the Raptors championship parade. The employees welcomed us all into the back office and kept us safe and comfortable until such time as we evacuated through the back door. They were evidently trained well and remained calm throughout. Much gratitude.

Sometimes a hit and sometimes a miss. But I like their jewelry & petite size women's clothing form there.

Great value, great products. Just cannot get size xs in the store and you have no way to see the right size on you in fitting room unless you order from online. Hate that sometimes end up refund because it doesn't look like what you think it should.

For their customer service/sales are extremely polite and helpful. 10/10

Review for BR Women store: In comparison with other BRs, this is one of the nicer stores! Terrific retail staff who are courteous, friendly and efficient. 4 stars only because it took me 3 phone calls to get thru until someone finally picked up. I needed to check if they had a dress in my size I saw online of which it said this one BR store only had inventory. Happy with my purchase.

Banana Republic is my favorite big box clothing store. They have quality items and their fits and sizes work for me well. You pay a premium but it's worth it. Great for casual, semi casual, and business wear
