If you are getting any stonework done insist that your contractor uses Banas stone, and don't forget their sealers and other products! Keep up the great work! Levels of customer service like this no longer exist. The young ladies that work here have patience, kindness and understanding. I was helped and looked after beyond expectations. The stone color and quality is very good.

What wonderful people Banas Stone has working for them. I did my front porch, steps & patio with their stone. Two of the pavers cracked in half over the winter and have to be replaced. I called the contractor that did the work to let him know. Sure enough, he was no longer around. My only recourse was to go direct to Banas Stone. When I told them my predicament, they told me that they don't deal with the public, or even contractors, only the dealers. The girl, unfortunately I didn’t get her name, I spoke with, told me not to worry, that she would figure something out. After asking me a few questions, she figured out which dealer provided the stone to the contractor that ended up at my house. She called the dealer and verified that stone was delivered to my address, then got approval from them to replace the 2 broken pieces, which she did. She even got them to provide the names of some contractors in the area that would be able to do the replacement. Since I now have the stone and the job is small, the cost should be minimal. She/they, Banas, had no reason or incentive to help me out since they didn’t deal with me or my contractor at all. Yet, she went above and beyond what she could’ve done, which was to say “sorry, we cant help you”. I’m truly impressed with their desire to please the people that ultimately use their product. I cant speak highly enough of her willingness to go out of her way to help me out, which I’m sure is not in her job description. Anytime someone mentions to me that they will be doing stone work at their house, I will insist that they specify Banas Stone to their contractor. That’s the least I could do.

They have a great display outside where you can actually see the stone, walk on it and imagine it around your house. I called the office and the girls answered all my questions and made suggestions. Really friendly and honesty people. Then someone brought me out samples to take! Wow just wow

So impressed with the customer service!

I had a few questions about the different types of stones (sandstone vs.limestone) and spoke with Amber who clearly explained things such as porosity, slipperiness, texture, etc. She was super friendly and knows her facts.
