Very nice business. They gave a lot of free food on the house. There was so much food our pants almost ripped?

I had 2 family sets for my office lunch party and had called a day earlier to give them enough time:) Me and my colleague stopped by to pick them up and we had to wait 10mins more than the pickup time.
The food portion of the family set were very huge; chickens, tteokbokki, cupbob (?), fries, and drinks are included.
The only thing I want to ask for is white meats in the chicken pieces because we noticed that we all had only dark meats
Except for the meat, I loved it:)

Very nice owner, I ordered via UBER EAT on Saturday. The owner called me and apologized that their chicken are not good enough to serve, so my order canceled. I ordered the next day, she gave me free fries and drinks as well. Very good customer services. Definitely will order again.

Like their tteokbokki and their fried chicken. Very friendly owner and their chicken is not bad for a mall takeout place.

Had the pleasure of trying BanBan for dinner tonight. I had the Chi-bokki combo and for the price, the food quality and portions were exceptional. I had the spicy chicken and the pieces were generous and tasted delicious. I also had the rose tteokbokki and substituted the sausages for fish cakes. The tteokbokki was creamy with the perfect amount of spice. I have had my fair share of korean food living in Richmond Hill and BanBan is one of the best by far. The owner was sweet and the service was great. This is more of a take-out spot but wven after a longer drive home, everything was packaged well and still hot. Will be coming back again!

AMAZING service and even more amazing food. My sister and I had the creamy Tteobukki and Soy Garlic fried chicken. The flavours were rich and delicious, the chicken was incredibly fresh, juicy and crispy. The tteobukki was creamy and flavourful. The staff are so friendly and bright, we’re definitely coming back here soon!

Food is very good and affordable and the people running this place are so incredibly nice! It’s very clear they care about the quality of their food and service, definitely making this place a regular spot for me:)

Never discovered this building before but it's totally worth to visit! Especially this korean store is a hidden gem Their fried chicken is so delicious, chrispy outside and juicy inside. It doesn't get soggy even when it's cold. Sauces and fried garlic crumbles are adding more flavors and texture to the fried chicken, I'll definitely try other flavors next time The owner is so kind and welcoming, best customer service ever

New K (orean) FC in RH. Ordered Chi-Bokki which comes with Korean rice cake and 3 pieces of fried chickens. Chicken is juicy and crunchy and rice cake sauce is creamy and nicely cooked. Highly recommend to give it a try.

I am Korean and I am very particular with my kfc. The taste, price, service: 5 Stars. The chicken is super crispy on the outside (skin) and butter melting smooth inside (meat). Sauce is legit Korean certified. I know few places around town that call themselves kfc but more like I've-never-been-to-korea-knockoff-kfc. Price is on point. You don't need to forkout an arm and a leg. Quality: more than satisfied. On top of all that, there are many places in Canada where you feel like you are obliged to pay tip even if the service is horrible. However, this place has top notch service even if it's a take out/food court. We need more places like BanBan.

Order a pickup of half and half fried chicken and rose rice cake. Owners are super friendly and offer us free drinks while we are waiting for our food to be ready. All we ordered are delicious and big portions. Will definitely recommend it to my friends who are fans of KFC and come back for more!
