My partner and I met Paul early on in our engagement ring shopping process. He was wonderful to work with and added a real human element to the experience, which we both greatly appreciated and felt was lacking at most establishments we visited. If it was not for some very, very, very specific requirements for the diamond we desired we probably would have went with Bandiera. Ask for Paul when you head here. He is fantastic!

It's been about a year since my first visit & purchase from Bandiera and the experience was as great as you'd expect. I was recommended to this location through a family member and was not let down.

I was on the lookout for a watch and to my surprise, the same day I dropped the question Bandiera gave me a call to come and buy one!

On my second visit, I met John who is probably the greatest salesman I've ever met. He got a watch I was looking for shipped to the store within a week, I mean he just picked up the phone right then and ordered it on the spot! Not just that, but he was incredibly friendly/knowledgeable and gave me a discount & freebies as well.

Bandiera is awesome, the customer service received from Frank is unmatched. He was able to find my grail piece, and they don't play any games! The selection is unreal and i highly suggest checking them out.

I had my first experience (of many more in the future) at Bandiera today. John took care of me from the moment I walked in the door, I was treated like an old friend. I had the pleasure to chat about watches with him over a freshly brewed espresso, and he showed me a piece I was specifically looking to add to my collection. Absolutely zero pressure, and was invited back to drop-in next time I was in the area. By far one of the best experiences I've had purchasing watches. I look forward to returning again!

Recently purchased a beautiful watch from Bandiera and the experience was fantastic! I’m no means a high roller but I was treated as such. Marco was great to deal with. Certainly knew his watch brands and understood what I was looking for. There was absolutely no pressure tactics to get to purchase at any time. We communicated for over a week until I finally made up my mind. Came in for a Tudor but ended up with an Omega. On the day of the purchase I was surprisingly treated like a high roller! What an experience. Fantastic staff that made you feel like no one else mattered. They all got involved in prepping my new purchase, sizing it, cleaning it and explaining its functionality. Visited Bandiera today and was treated to an incredible level of customer service and an amazing selection of timepieces. Stacy was very knowledgable explaining the many Grand Seiko models and while I didn't make a purchase today I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

A fabulous purchasing experience at Bandiera Jewellers was experienced by me during a recent visit. I dealt with owner Marco B.and his main man, John T. I felt comfortable discussing my timepiece interests and they steered me in the proper direction. I was welcomed like part of the family and never ever rushed during the purchase. The timepiece was in immaculate condition as expected. Silk gloved handing and fitting was like a WHITE GLOVE event. I was even accompanied to my vehicle for a safe departure. Excellent customer service!

I initially inquired about a Gucci ring, that appeared to be sold out everywhere (online & in-store), just weeks before Christmas.
Marco Bandiera responded to my inquiry the same day, at around 10: 00pm. At this time, he notified me that they did not have this particular item in-stock. However, he mentioned that he would be sure to check with his supplier.
Marco was prompt to notify me that he could get the ring, if I chose to proceed with the purchase. With no hesitation, I purchased the ring via the Bandiera website, stressing with Marco that I needed it by Christmas. With just one week left until Christmas day, I received an email on a Friday afternoon, confirming that the ring had arrived, and would be shipped to my residential address on the Monday.
I let Marco know that this wouldn't be an option, as I would be out of the Country during this time. As an alternative, I made arrangements to commute to the Woodbridge location to receive the ring in person. Upon arrival, I met Marco and thanked him personally for all of his efforts. Although this purchase was not of great value ($300), Bandiera Jewellers really went the extra mile to ensure my overall customer satisfaction.

I gotta say, the experience picking up a new timepiece at Bandiera (Woodbridge location) today was top notch start to finish.

Excellent. The personal care and attention to detail in customer service that comes from a family-run business is superlative. Joel assisted me and offered honest and knowledgeable customer service on a level which I have never experienced. I cannot recommend Bandiera Jewellers enough. Mr. Bandiera stated that his goal is to offer customer service which makes you remain a customer for life and I believe he has achieved that and more.

I can’t begin to speak highly enough of the team at Bandiera! I was interested in a watch and without knowing called them after hours and Marco picked up the phone anyway, and let me know that he’s very sure they have it and to check back when they’re open. I’m sure he must have wanted to go home but he really took his time and matched my enthusiasm for the watch, which I loved.

I called the next day and John treated me incredibly well by putting the watch aside for me and giving me the chance to purchase it despite not having been a customer before. He showed me an incredible kindness with his time and also offered me a fair deal with the watches I traded in. The new watch I bought also had a very small issue, which they were able to turn around within a day!

On a separate visit, Maria treated my girlfriend incredibly well when she was looking at jewelry and again took her time and treated us like we were the only people there which we definitely weren’t.

This business has succeeded for 30+ years because they understand service, people, and product to the highest degree and I’m sure I’ll be a customer for life!

WOW! What an amazing experience this has been. Really don't know where to start from and if my words will be able to do justice.

It started even before I visited the showroom when I had called in to inquire about availability. Knowing how busy he is, Marco spent at least 15- 20 mins with me over the first phone call. He patiently checked availability for couple of watch models I had shortlisted and also promised to check his other location and call me back. Latter that day Marco returned the call to let know that he had made arrangements for me to view the watches at this location which is closer to where I live.

Next day I went in with my family to the showroom and was greeted by lovely Mrs. Bandiera who knew right away that I had an appointment and introduced me to John.

John showed me the watches and after I had made the selection Joel managed the transaction. I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional knowledge about watches that both these gentlemen have. During this time Mr. Bandiera himself resized my watch.

It was truly a treat. This is exactly how family run businesses should be.

I would not only recommend Bandiera Jewellers but would encourage you to visit them for your next watch or jewellery purchase.

I visited Bandiera to look at their watch selection seeing that they had quite the variety online. It was truly a pleasure to visit this store. There was so much to look at. The gentlemen who attended to me were very enthusiastic about watches and were definitely watch guys. They actually wanted to talk watches as I browsed! I ended up purchasing a LE Seiko and everyone I spoke to went above and beyond. I wish I lived closer to this location but I will be dropping by every time I'm in the area. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

We only go to Bandiera for our jewellry needs. They treat us like family and they have the most beautiful jewellry.

The staff is extremely helpful and will for sure assist you to find what you need. Best shopping experience there!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Bandiera Jewellers in Woodbridge on several occasions. I've dealt with Joel and John and both are an absolute pleasure to deal with. They have a strong passion and thorough understanding of the watches they carry. They are very informative and helpful. I have never felt any pressure to purchase in the store and the atmosphere is very comfortable. The owner's of the store are always very welcoming! I would not hesitate to recommend Bandiera Jewellers.

Its good, I enjoyed shopping here for the first time, Richard is very nice and welcoming. I would give 5 stars but not giving me a little discount was a little disappointing; I believed giving me a little discount for the first timer is good. However the overall experience is great! I’d comeback for more watches surely.

Came to their beautiful Yorkville location to see Grand Seiko for the first time, and it was a great experience! Giorgio and Victoria were very friendly and knowledgeable, and showed me the Grand Seiko watches. On a subsequent visit, Marco worked with me for a great deal. Later on, I chatted with Richard about watches. Bandiera Jewellers has many selections, and I love how detailed and up-to-date their web site is (e.g. Listing all the available watches with the prices). Would definitely shop and buy with them again!

Great customer service, extremely friendly and helpful. When given a budget I was shown all my options. I needed to buy a necklace for my godsons baptism. I was able to find one within 20mins, purchased it, had it wrapped and I was off! Easiest purchase in which I was stressed about finding the perfect gift.

I couldn't have been more impressed with my recent (and first) experience with Banderia Jewellers in Woodbridge. Joel Tadeo supported my inquiry and repair for my Zenith watch, going out of his way in communication and representing the warranty details with the manufacturer. Excellent communication throughout the process, and a completely professional atmosphere at the store (unique gem in an unassuming plaza). I would highly recommend based on my experience and plan to return for future purchases.
