A great gem and a wonderful surprise. The coconut curries are incredible (I had the goat meat one). Great staff and a delicious authentic gem of a restaurant.

Quite disappointed with the food and value for money for this place as I heard a lot about this restaurant. We ordered an appetizer - the fresh vegetable rolls.

The appetizer was about $10 and was basically one roll cut in 5 small pieces instead of 5-6 individual rolls.

Mains: Panang curry and black pepper beef (excuse my spelling). Panang curry had the spicy symbol and I’ve had this curry at numerous restaurants and I make it at home. The panang here was loaded with cream, not at all spicy, had no vegetables and barely any sort of a coconut taste. Super disappointed.

We found the black pepper beef good, but quite salty. It definitely had to be eaten with a good amount of rice due to the saltiness.

For context, we also went on a Monday night (not a busy weekend).

Fantastic. I had the appetizer sampler with a side of sticky rice and it was more than plenty for me. The crab Rangoon filling was some of the best I've had. Everything and everyone was amazing.

Dined in the screened in covered patio & enjoyed Mango Salad & Mango Chicken. Both were fabulous & reminded me of my travels in South East Asia:)

The place was busy as all get out.not a table in the place.the young waiter took our order and had us out the door in an hour.exemplary service!

The best Thai food I've ever had period. Everything is always incredibly consistent which makes every experience great. Every dish I've had has been fantastic. The staff are always great to deal with. Highly recommend this spot!

Brought our family and parents here and the staff were so friendly and nice. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Thai food.

Absolutely the BEST restaurant I’ve ever been to in my LIFE! Suuuuper savory, perfectly cooked, AND gluten free! I got B2 on the menu. Best food I’ve ever eaten anywhere. Amazing prices! It was our waitress’s first day and she did awesome! Live entertainment was the cherry on top amd mango stinky rice:) 10/10 experience and I’ve never said that about anything else!

Went for lunch. Really good lunch deal. Appetizers, salad, soup was delicious! My main course was spicy lemongrass pork, but it was not spicy at all. More sweet than anything. It might’ve even been the wrong order but it wasn’t my taste. Everything else was delicious. Service was very quick. Everything came at once, so maybe even too quick. But still very good and a nice atmosphere.

Bangkok Spoon delivers amazing food served by staff who know the menu and the options. If you are looking for vegan or gluten-free, the staff know how to make that happen. The food is delicious! Note: if you ask for you dish to be HOT, you will not be disappointed!

Received wrong dish at first but was quickly remedied, although there was a wait. Milk jugs were not very clean, yellow stains inside. Asian salad was a simple green salad, with a slice of cucumber and tomato, also with a lot of Asian dressing.not what I'm used to.the lunch special was just $15 with a spring roll and small Sajad with a choice of main, so the place was crowded.

A personal favourite restaurant. Great service, amazing flavour and freshness.
I recommend you go during the week and get some superb lunch deals!
On weekends and dinner it’s a bit pricey though (~$20 for a main course)

Authentic Thai cuisine. My girlfriend is a regular and she is treated like the Queen. Truly wonderful staff and service! Great bang for the buck, especially the lunch deals:). Quaint and cozy atmosphere with all the hustle and bustle.

What a great place.

Definitely one of the best Thai places Ive been to in a long time.

Stopped in for Linner on our way to Burlington. Food was hot, fresh, and deliscious.

I had the seafood fried rice which was loaded with seafood and the flavkrs were so good.

Beef and basil was also on point. Little spicy for me so next time ill ask for a little less spice.

Service here was one of a kind. The manager sat us instantly.

My wife and I came here just in time to take advantage of their lunch specials before 3pm.

Food:

We both ordered the Green Curry Shrimp with a side soup of the day. The soup was just a handful of chunks of chicken in broth which was underwhelming and the broth was too oily for our liking so we didn't finish it. The salad was really nice and fresh although we did pick 1 or 2 pieces of wilted lettuce from them and the oil they put on it collected in the bottom of the bowl making the final few bites soaking with oil so I'd rather they drained it before serving. The main dish was excellent though. Fresh and well cooked shrimp, good flavour with a bit of kick. I mixed the rice in with the shrimp curry and it was delicious. The spring roll was ok, a touch oily and so was the little sauce they give you to dip.

Service:

Fast and friendly service, they checked in on us to make sure we're okay. There were only a couple other tables when we were there.

Overall good place but could use a little tweaking of the oil use.

The food was AMAZING. Everything was delicious with good sized portions. We ordered the Yum Yao salad, the Bangkok Pad Thai, the Chef Special 2 Thai Soup and coconut rice. Would come again and again.

Delicious food, friendly service. We had spring rolls, crab rangoon, mango salad, pad thai and red curry. All of which were very good. Slightly more $$ than other Thai restaurants we've been to but we would still come back.

While back in Canada visiting family, we went to eat here at the Bangkok Spoon deluxe. I remember when it was named the deluxe restaurant before it said vacant for many many years. It's wonderful what these people have done to bring it back.
We dined on the calamari, sauteed chicken, mazamon Curry and I had Bangkok pad Thai. We also enjoyed egg rolls and spring rolls. Excellent food service perfect and had a great dining experience I suggest you stop by and try this place

Ordered the Hot and Sour soup as well as the Salmon Paradise which were both super delicious! Great portion sizes and very relaxing ambiance, will definitely be coming back here!

The food was delicious! They even delivered today in the middle of a snowstorm. The food was even still warm when it got here! Also good portion sizes.
