Been coming here since it was a concept store, and it's still a solid spot for modern banhmi sandwiches. Place your order and wait for your name to be called to pick up at the back counter. Highly recommend the fried chicken bao, 5 spice pork belly, Bulgogi beef tacos, Ask for the spicy sauce and jalapenos!

Whenever I'm in the area, I get at least two fried chicken steamed bao and sweet potato fries. Never disappoints.

This is my go to lunch spot. I can't get enough of their Banh Mi sandwiches. Always delicious and super affordable compared to the places around Queen St East.

We went to this place just after opening a few days ago. All the tables were dirty, and when I sat down, there was sauce on the bench seating, which I sat in. Clearly they didn't clean from the night before. The place smelled of sewage, or something going bad. Storefront glass was dirty and cigarette butts along the front storefront as well. No pride in ownership and no concern for the customer when it is in this condition. We bought 3 items and had bites of each. Only finished one and threw 2 out since they were so substandard. I don't know why anyone goes here, but we will never return.

Pork taste. Yes. I didn't like it, probably the taste of one of the spices or vegetables bothered me. The chicken sandwich was better. It is probably very tasty, but the taste was not to my liking. I didn't like the cooked chicken either. The hall could be more fragrant and clean.

Amazing sandwiches. Calamari is very very tasty. 5 spice pork belly is so good. Anything here is flavorful.

We previously ordered from here a few years ago and it was subpar quality. We thought to try here again hoping that the prior experience was just a one-time dismal experience.

We placed a pre-order for 45 banh mi sandwiches (pork, chicken, beef and veg) for lunch. Sandwiches were skimpy, salty and missing cilantro. While this is a fusion banh mi style establishment, the flavours were still lacking. It's ok if you're in a crunch but still not definitely worth the hype.

Arrived today and ordered. Only to find out they hadn’t prepped for the day. They said “sorry we will have to cook the proteins”. Waited 20 mins and said I want to cancel and they said it’s coming now. 10mins more…still no food. They were not ready for service today despite taking orders and causing a pileup of people.

Service is just too slow. The store wasn’t busy but I waited almost 20 minutes for a sandwich and fries. The store needs to cleaned. It was dirty with garbage on the floor. Too bad because otherwise the food was good.

Good food. Kind of a small place. A bit cramped. Not many tables and they are small. One person should order while the other tries to nab a table lol The service was friendly. The kimchi fries and chicken banh mi were yummy.

Good, cheap eats! They never disappoint but y’all need to clean your damn tables or leave stuff for customers to do it.

Firstly the places to sit at are dirty, floor is dirty too. The food when order comes automatically in a take out format even if you are eating there. The server at the counter laughed when I asked if they are Washroom. Now on the food, the fries are there the driest fries I’ve even had, they lying on the counter behind the server. They looked very sad. They horrible. Moving on to the sandwich I ordered the pulled pork, it was bad. I did not like the taste that was very dry too.
I hope do something to fix it, cause I’ve eaten at one of these, before and it was amazing.

The food was delicious! We got grilled pork bánh mì, steamed báo, braised beef bao, kim chi poutine and great service.

Good food, good price, the atmosphere is not the best but in general, if you are traveling through Toronto and your budget is tight, this place is one of the best options to eat.

Loved it! A fresh bahn mi goes a long way. It was busy but manageable wait time. Next time we're in T. O I'll try some more for sure!

When I go, I always get the fried chicken banh. There is so much flavour, from the bread to the sauce and the veggies.

If you just need a quick bite to eat, this is a great place.

If you like spice, all spice levels will be ok for you.

I tried the 5 spice pork belly Bao ona. Wednesday afternoon, it was super delicious! Mine was a takeout order so I was pretty happy with the quick service. The restaurant was pretty crowded when I went in and I will definitely try to have a sit down lunch/dinner soon.:)

Grilled pork was tasty, also kimchi poutine. The pulled pork is delicious. (Similar smokey flavor that reminds me of dried salmon fillets from the Northwest coast)
