Hilariously Booking online is always Off, try to call phone ALWAYS busy; seriously: Why not transform your services into a 50 cents lemonade shop on the side walk & / or grow up to the 21st Freaking century tech! Losers.
The incompetence of most of the staff here is astounding, if you can even get a hold of someone to speak with. Imagine scheduling a vaccine appointment for a 1 year old and the nurse they send in, is not certified to give an injection.keep a wiggly 1 year old waiting over 45 minutes before finding someone who can. Our medical system is a joke and if we were able to find a new clinic, we would be loooong ago. Our doctor was moved to this clinic and it has been nothing but problems. The parking lot is a nightmare, the clinic is filthy. Do not waste your time here.
Tried unsuccessfully for 3 weeks to reach this medical office by telephone, voicemail and email to book an appointment - was never able to successfully reach front office staff - - because they do not answer the phone or return voicemails, and they explicitely refuse to communicate by email. Business clearly needs to invest more in their front of house - unsure how to proceed - do you book appointments by smoke signal or sky-writing? Please advise.
Had appointment for PAP test. It was done by nurse (I was told) ; who appeared to be very insecure in what she was doing which made me very concerned. Do not blame her as she was placed in the position that she appeared to be uncomfortable with. I am sorry to say that I was disappointed with the whole experience.
The specialist we saw was great but the place is weird, there's no instructions on where you're supposed to go when you arrive. The receptionist wasn't very customer friendly.
I went to the walk-in clinic before it closed and was able to see Dr Solomon Shola who was very kind, attentive and addressed my concerns. I was put at ease by the fact that he was very welcoming from the get-go. I initially went because I needed some general blood tests done and he added additional tests after he examined me, which I appreciated. I had a follow up meeting 3 weeks ago that I was very satisfied with as well. I came at the time indicated and I was received promptly at the front desk. Thank you very much to all for the care, it is appreciated.
Had an appointment booked with dr Ismail for 3pm today. Was not seen until 3: 40pm. And only saw and nurse in which they told me that I had to book another appointment to see the doctor. My family doctor referred my son to a paediatrician to look over some things she was unsure of and I received no answers. I do not recommend. Also seemed liked they were trying to rush people out of the building.
Great experience with booking appointment and no wait in reception. Dr. Solomon was attentive and provided an excellent service. Have registered my family and will be back!
Me and my wife went to this clinic for our immigration medical and there are a lot of positive things in this clinic
1. Every personnel is accommodating. 2. Zero or minimal waiting time because the process is systematic. 3. The fee is very low. 4. Dr. Vince is a good doctor and he will talk to you like you are his friend and not a patient.
I have been going there for two years now with my family. The staff is really pleasant, amazing doctors, particularly Dr Sadeddin, always making time for her patients, always connecting with the patients and making them feel valued. I absolutely love this clinic. Thank you for being Great at what you do.
I cannot thank Dr. Laila Ismail enough for the exceptional care she provided to my son. She is not just a competent paediatrician, but also an incredibly caring and kind-hearted doctor. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, my son is no longer sick, and we are beyond grateful for her assistance. Dr. Laila went above and beyond to diagnose and treat my son's condition, uncovering aspects that even the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO) couldn't identify. Her attentiveness and genuine concern for her patients truly set her apart. Thank you so much, Dr. Laila, for your outstanding care and for making a real difference in our lives. You have my highest recommendation!
Dr Kayode Adeleye, you are a pathetic excuse of a Doctor. It’s clear you have no consideration of others. The fact that you drop healthy patients that didn’t have to see you shows how much you line your pockets with the poison you give people. You lack basic intelligence and empathy, and are not a Dr trying to do good after you dropped a patient even after they suffered from physical abuse. God will humble you. You are the definition of pathetic. May God protect the patients you’ve maimed and abandoned.
Stay FAR away! I’m not sure where Dr. Laila Ismail got her medical degree but she is the definition of incompetent. I’ve heard her yell and argue with several families while we have been there for our own son’s appointments. Our last straw was when she refused to sign disability papers for our son. Our son was born 3 months early and suffered a stroke after birth. Apparently she won’t fill out disability forms unless a child is on oxygen or has a g-tube because she seems to think that no other disabilities exist. My son is followed by neuro, physio, occupational, speech, etc all at CHEO and at the time I asked her for the forms, he was showing obvious signs of being developmentally delayed due to the severe brain damage from the stroke. She admitted in the same appointment that she doesn’t believe autism is a “real disability” either. Please don’t waste your time coming here. Find someone who knows how to do their job and actually helps people.
Edit to add: CHEO is where I recommend anyone to go to for services when possible. They are amazing! Our son has now received his confirmation of spastic cerebral palsy as of yesterday, as well as global developmental delay. I ask, is that enough of a disability for you Dr. Ismail? Are you done gaslighting your patients’ families yet?
My family doctor is out of town for 2 months and the walk-in clinic I usually attend was closed for 2 days so I decided to try my luck with Bank Medical Centre. I was told they no longer do walk-in clinics, but if I had been there previously then I may be able to see someone. I was lucky the receptionist Lara was so kind and managed to let me see the doctor. Last week I met Dr. SHOLA SOLOMON, at first I was apprehensive and nervous as some of the reviews were not stellar, also the fact that the clinic had technically closed, it was Friday about 5pm and I was still able to be seen, I didn't know what to expect. Lara brought me in the back, I was seated in a room, and within a few minutes Dr. SHOLA SOLOMON walked in. He was in good spirits, seemed happy as he greeted me and I was put at ease right away. He is very professional yet caring at the same time. I was very happy to have had such a great experience. With a first time visit. I had an x-ray referral and was on my way. I got a call back from Lara, that the doctor had wanted to see me again to go over my results, she sounded cheerful on the phone. Unlike some of the crabby receptionists I have spoken to. Overall I had a 5 star experience. Thanks!
Dr Shola Solomon is my family doctor, I would give him 10 stars, He is such a great doctor with lot of knowledge and very professional, Since beginning he is always being patiently listening, explains in details, provide advises and does regular follow ups; overall I had a good experience with him.
Excellent and compassionate. Please ask for Dr Solomon. He is knowledgeable and caring. He is the best Dr I have encountered so far. Thank you Dr Solomon!
I have known Dr. Solomon for many years. He is a professional and thorough doctor. I have great confidence in his professionalism. Every consultation I have had with him has not only been detailed and professional, but delivered with compassion and care. Great Doctor.
My family doctor (Dr. Shola) has been very nice. He takes his time to examine things and he's always thorough in his diagnosis and recommendations. I highly recommend this doctor to any family.
Dr. Shola Solomon is the worst doctor I have ever seen in whole Canada.he doesn't know how to talk and behave to his patients.very rude when we ask about the treatment and refer to a specialist he misbehaived with us and and was very rude. Doctor is with low knowledge and just like to diagnose and read the line written in the reports.if you try to ask more about the treatment he gets angry and rude.
The clinic needs serious attention to service and visitor satisfaction. For instance, the patient child vital sign is checked after the the physician check up. This is time consuming way. The Pts has to wait longer unnecessarily because the physician refers the patient back to nurses check the weight and after the assessment it takes more time to see the physician again.
My file got transferred to Dr. Mahdy from the trainyards medical clinic. Was quickly dropped as a patient because the doctor refuses to work with QC patient. Now Im being told to pay $50 and bring a USB stick in in order to get a copy of my own medical records. Absolutely ridiculous. Another great example of how great our medical care system is.
Yesterday I took my 18-year and 3-month-old daughter to see Dr. Leila Ismail in Bank street medical center and her intire team was extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. Not only was Dr. Leila Iemail rude and dismissive towards my daughter, but she also made several inappropriate comments about her age and maturity level. As a parent, it was both concerning and alarming to witness this type of behavior from someone who is supposed to be a healthcare professional. It is unacceptable for any medical provider to treat their patients with such disrespect and disregard. I would strongly advise others to avoid seeing Dr. Leila Ismail and find a pediatrician who values their patients and treats them with kindness and compassion.
Trying to reach the office for 2 days but the phone number is “not in service” what kind of clinic doesn’t make sure their phone lines are open during business hours? Not pleased.
