Everyone on the team here is fabulous!
Update 15/07/2022: there was a new secretary here today that I had never met before (not Jenny, not Kathy). She was extremely rude and unwilling to understand me; I was always able, in urgent situations, to set up a payment plan for my service either with Jenny or Kathy or the other young lady whose name now escapes me. But this new secretary treated me condescendingly and essentially refused to even consider my request or to ask Kathy about it before turning me down immediately. I have been coming here for 9 years and am always faithful with my payments. So this was very shocking. I may decide to choose a new dentist because this made me very uncomfortable today.
Update: on my last visit the issue with this new secretary was addressed by the secretaries I have known from before; they were very understanding and wanted to ensure me that it won’t happen again. Thank you:)

Had a great experience today with Dr. Wiseman at Bank Street Dentistry. She's so friendly and caring. Best dentist that I've been to. Highly recommend!

Really pleased with their work. Very professional and extremely nice staff. I have visited them multiple times, the last time was during COVID. I was impressed with their protocol enforcements. The experience was different during COVID but it was still OK.

The receptionist, hygienists, and Dr. Saba have all been amazing. I went from dreading cleanings to genuinely looking forward to them.
