I had a fantastic car buying experience at Bank Street Hyundai. Mustafa was very honest and knowledgeable with the features of my new car. He was pleasant and helpful with every aspect of the buying process. I came to them after being lied to by another dealership and I still can't beleive that I walked into the dealership one day and got the SUV, with the trim and colour that I wanted within the same week. Ahmed and Joe were also very wonderful deal with. I would highly recommend this team. Thank you for helping me out and getting me into a car so quickly and efficiently.

Worst service I have experienced in my 53 years. Completely unprofessional and rude. The engine blew up on my 18 year old sons car with 160,000 Kms on it. I talked to the service department about this and the said there is a 90 per cent chance Hyundai would replace the engine because there was under 200 000 kms and there is known problems with this engine. They told me that they would charge me 3 hours labor to look the car over and create a report. I told them he was in collage and didn't have much money and couldn't afford this is they were not going to replace the engine. The service rep again told me there was a 90 per cent chance they would replace it. I delivered the car for the inspection. I was asked to produce the bill of sale which was in the car. I went back to the dealership to get it and the car was sitting in the back lot with the rear window down and 3 inches of water in the passengers foot board. Not impressed.
The service department doesn't work weekends so I couldn't get the key to close the window, I called on Monday and was hung up on, my son called the following day and was hung up on. My wife left a message and they responded with a snarky message saying the window had been rolled up.
To sum up, they denied the claim because they said there was sludge in the engine and the oil was dirty and refused to pay for a detail of the car due to the water they let get in the car.

PATHETIC

They now own a lawn ornament.

I have been of 2 minds over this rating and would actually like to write 2 reviews - a 1 star for the service manager and a 5 star for a sales manager. My son brought in his Elantra for a check engine light. He was charged $160+ but all they did was touch the gas filler cap. I tried to point out that this is not a service worthy of $160+, but was somewhat told too bad, which led to raised voices - shame on us both. Guess what, the check engine light came back on a week later and nobody has touched the gas cap since the dealer, nor many kms put on the car, so the original issue was not fixed. My son is feeling quite horrible about this whole experience, as he has a warranty, feels duped, and the last time the light came on the Cambridge dealer he went to fixed it without question or issue, the expectation he had this time around. The sales gentleman covered about $80 or so of his cost, and that went some way towards making us feel somewhat better, until the light came back. In our family we have 3 Hyundais and 3 Toyotas between us all, I have never had such a charge from Toyota, and I have an issue with my son having a warning for a gas cap (if that were the case) or even being charged for such a fix - I would have expected a very minor charge or even no charge in such a situation. He is now unsure what to do about the dang light, but last place he will likely go is this dealer.
Addendum - he was invited to contact the dealer to rectify the issue, but nobody ever responded to his email to setup a time. He returned to Cambridge, ON, where this was resolved by a local dealer for free. A fail for Bank Street Hyundai in my book.

Purchased a 2022 Elantra, very short visit but got the satisfied service from sales consultant Maen Abu Altoyour. It was a very pleasant time with him; he gave detailed information for every single question I had. They are really concerned about customer needs. Also Mr Andre, make many quotations- special thanks for him, finance manager Mr. Asher doing a good job meanwhile chatting with Mr. Eli. Overall my husband and i were so impressed and great time; statistically happy to have our new Electra 2022. Very very excited to enjoy the drive.
I highly recommend Hyundai on Hunt Club had smooth and pleasant customer service.

I made an appointment to repair the car, but when I got there, they told that I needed to confirm by email in advance. Instead of helping me solve the problem, the customer service told me that I needed to queue up again. Even if I showed the reservation email they sent me. I won't come here again to waste my time.

The staff at Bank Street Hyundai were wonderful when I was looking to buy a Kona. This was the first time I purchased a car from them but it was my 4th Hyundai vehicle. I had done my homework, visited many dealerships over the past month and knew exactly what I wanted in a car. We were greeted by the manager when we walked in and he introduced to our salesman, Ali. His demeanor was welcoming and professional, and he was extremely knowledgeable about Hyundai cars. Within less than an hour, I signed on the dotted line and was the owner of a 2022 Kona. I was then introduced to the finance manager, Ernesto, who kept us in stitches as he explained the options of an extended warranty and helped me make the right choice for me. Four days later I picked up my car and Maen spent almost 2 hours explaining the various features of my new car.

What a great experience I had purchasing a new car. I highly recommend Bank Street Hyundai and their sales team to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

Once I got home I realized that everything that i thought was explained clearly was in fact a lie and nothing that was said to me reflected what was on paper.under the circumstances i felt as if i had to give the salesman a 5 star rating which in fact should have been a 0 star rating and if it wasn’t for being unable to post a 0 star rating well my final outlook on bank street hyundai is a 0 they lied to me and hid important information from me, said one thing, wrote a different and I’m thoroughly unimpressed by sales and by management for allowing such unprofessionalism going forward i will never buy another vehicle from them the lesson has been learned
