They made my friend pay a deposit for a car, after paying they firmly refused to let her see the contract. How fishy is that? !
When she asked her deposit back because she found them not truth worthy. They rejected and hanged up on her, threatening her they were fearless for any legal authority. Court does nothing to them. What a dirty business! They totally took advantage of my friend being a colored woman who has zero experience in car buying.
We have filed a formal compliant to OMVIC and are seeking help from legal attorney.
Don’t put yourself in her position. RUN! Scumbag stealerships like this should never be in the market!

Car salesmen Charles was slimy as hell, and a sales manager refused to speak to me after I requested one, and instead brought a finance manager to negotiate.
Wouldn’t do business with a place that refuses to work with potential buyers…

Beware of this dealership and the pressure tactics they use. They have other plans for your money. They shouldn’t take advantage of people and hide small but important details (warranty, oil changes, etc) during sale closure. Sad but true, avoid at all costs. Tried talking to them post sale and they are totally different people from the ones we met when first purchasing, it like dealing with wolves.

Terrible. They are nice before you buy. They don't respond to emails or phone calls afterwards. Horribly ill intentioned. Stay away, you may lose a lot of money with them.

I regret buying my car here after dealing with the service department. As an fyi, I paid to have life time coverage on oil changes, but I have to get them done there. Now I drag my feet bringing my CX-5 in because of my experience. It’s the same service advisors as when I bought it, so they mustn’t be that bad, but my experience has been bad.

One time I get the oil change, when I go out to my vehicle, everything has been moved? Mirrors adjusted, seat, steering wheel - someone must’ve taken it for a coffee run. I bring it up and the response is “I’ll ask around but I doubt anyone drove it”

At 30k my brakes start grinding at the front and that doesn’t make any sense…so I call the service department to ask and they tell me there’s nothing they can do and do I want to speak to the manager. I say yes, and tell him what’s going on. He pulls up my file and tells me that because I’ve declined the annual brake service, he won’t argue/push for warranty coverage. But if I had (3 years at 200$, and he would perform a 600$ service - eye roll). Not one of them ever just said “why don’t you bring it in and we will have a look and chat”. That would’ve been basic customer service. I got someone else to replace the brakes, all brakes needed to be replaced before 35k km. Not impressed.

After that, I dropped my car off for another oil change and the call I get didn’t even start with a hi or who they were - just started with “So we are done your oil change - you don’t want us to do any of the recommended work? ” I guess my profile has a bunch of declines so they won’t make more money off me so they don’t want to waste their time.

Honestly, I was happy with the sales side of things. The sales guy at the time in 2019 was Zack/Zach and he was great. Service not so much - I didn’t find out until afterwards that Dilawri is all about $$$ and if you won’t spend a dime more they won’t give you the time of day.

The oil change today went smoother than anyone in the past. I’ve had some positive experiences with one service advisor, and poor with some others. So do with this info what you will.

This place is awesome. The manager, the salesman everyone is super nice and super helpful. Shout to Ayache and Tohme who helped my friend and I get the car same day and same time together.

They sold me a used car with a dead battery which killed the alternator, which after replacing both I was out 1500$ within a week of buying it. When we asked about the warranty they first tried to gaslight us that a month had passed already (which it hadn’t) and even after proving it, the warranty covered none of it. Stay away from these guys

The service department is full of crooks.

My wife took her car in for an oil change and they found several other 'issues'. They gave her a big list of repairs including replacing all brake pads and rotors as 'they we're all at 1mm'.

I thought it was odd that everything had worn so fast and so evenly (front brakes always wear more and everything was replaced only 40k ago).

We went to an independent garage who said half this work didn't need to be done, and only two of the rotors needed to be replaced.

Do not service your car here.

My experience wasn't the greatest but perhaps it was because i was looking for a used car. I did find one but unfortunately it didn't work out as it did not pass the safety.all well and good. My issue is with the usual tactics that salesmen use (the old, "I have a family to feed so trust me, I'm not here sell you a bad car"). Old and tired and just annoying. The norm is also the fact that the salesman is always polite and nice when you are buying but as soon as the deal doesn't work out well, emails aren't returned, they are curt with you & they make you feel like you are an annoyance etc. Now I did get my deposit back but it was me that had to email to ask for it (after I was told that he would get back to me with other options.which never happened). When I went in to get it I was greeted by a receptionist that lacked any energy, professionalism or even politeness.it was as if I was bothering her. I almost said something but decided against it as it was simply not worth my time. All and all, I do not think i would ever return there to buy a vehicle (I had actually bought one there a few years back and again, didn't have a great experience at all). In a way, I am glad that the vehicle didn't work out because as I told my daughter, i was not happy about giving the salesman my money. Maybe I just had the wrong guy helping me!

Great experience, Eddy the salesman and Sully the finance manager were very efficient and made purchasing a vehicle easy, straightforward and quick.

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a dealership. Excellent service with Saad and Hossein, they did their best to help me in every possible way. Everyone was polite and did their job right. I really recommend this place to anyone looking either for used or new cars as well as Mazda service and maintenance.

Amazing service here at bank street Mazda! I was helped by Imad Fadel (sales rep) and Sully (finance rep).
Upon test driving the car and I let him know my concerns about the breaks and he assured me that they’ll will be fixed, and they were! Imad was so nice and personable that it made the process quick and easy, he even did a bit more to help me out the day of purchase!
Sully was also very nice, patient and answered every questions that I had!

Was on the phone call with Hussein Chocker about selling my car to the dealership. He was great at explaining everything to me. Unfortunately we did not come to an agreement with the price but he had great customer service. Definitely recommend talking to him

My experience as usual was great. Hussein the manager happily helped me make a decision and Ayache as usual was so friendly and helpful and always happy to repeat, because a 78 year old memory is a little dull! Also want to say how kind and helpful Zein has been. Even today he stopped to say hi. So far it’s definitely a 10 experience.

This was our first car in Canada, Imad Fadel worked with us closely to find the best fit for our needs. The whole Mazda team was super helpful, polite and always on hand to answer any questions. It was a great experience, would highly recommend!

This dealership was professional and attentive to what I wanted. Charles is hands down the most pleasant person to deal with. He was knowledgeable and listened exactly to what I wanted without pushing something on me that I didn’t want. What a pleaser to deal with him. No time wasted.

Terrible Sales Practice. They advertised a vehicle on their site and other sites. We drove up to look and the price was doubled on the site while we were there. Apparently there was a story about a system glitch. The price was updated twice while we were waiting.

Just picked up my brand new Mazda CX-30 today! Absolutely so happy with the service! Ayache was so helpful, and kind! 10/10 would recommend seeing him for your next purchase!
