They never have enough people for customer service always a long wait and very slow services looks like they are not trained well.

Puneet and Jagdish provided excellent customer service, very friendly and always smiling. I have seen Ravinder as well. They all are very helpful and professional. I went to the National bank Torbram and Sandalwood today with something I was not expecting to receive in return. But to my surprise, this is one of the best customer services I received in past few years in Brampton.

I was very happy that Puneet helped me in whatever ways she could help me to resolve my issues. I had a very bad experience with my mortgage advisor at national bank and I decided not to go back to the bank again for banking.

But I don’t think it would be fair to think all the employees would be the same. This is my go to national bank. They all are very friendly whenever you walk in this bank. It is very hard to find excellent customer service these days. Puneet is a very good listener and very patient with the clients. Kudos to the manager of this branch for having such a wonderful team. Horrible branch, even worse staff! Family member died months ago, and bank is yet to issue funds back to the family. The staff have zero empathy and has prolonged the grieving process. The staff are not returning calls or communicating adequately. DO NOT USE THIS BANK/BRANCH! Do no hold funds with this bank!

First bank hours are so bad, working person cant make it, second thing you call them, they never answer! I called them so many times left voicemail also nobody get back to you. I think i should just change my bank where i can get support not ignored.

Worst hours for operation. 10 to 3 pm. Only weekday and weekend is closed. Working person how can come. Have to day off.

I dealt with Nayyar Manju, horrible experience, J already have a house through national bank and provided all the documents they asked and off a technical issue she was rude and was not clear at all. Horrible mortgage specialist.funny how they deal with current clients who have been bringing business to them. My father has bought numerous rental as well through this bank, and I have one as well. I got a very bad experience there in this
branch. I had to transfer my accounts
to some other Bank.

Terrible communication. I took my mom who is 80 years of age to get some information as she was a bit confused about her payments. The payments schedule was explained which was fine. My mom wanted to pay off the loan which we couldn't pay with a cheque from another bank. We were informed that they could withdraw the total balance owing from the account the biweekly payments are taken from. We were told to give them a call when the funds are available in the account and they would do the withdrawal. We were never informed that we would need to come back to the branch to sign any paperwork to make this happen. I am very upset as my 80 year old mother need to make another trip to the bank in these times which means I also need to take time off from my job to take her there. She was given another option to call the head office and speak to them. She has called head office with no luck speaking to someone. She can leave a message but with no time frame of when her call would be returned.
I cannot believe how much of an issue it is to pay off a car loan.

Horrible experience from start to finish. They have absolutely no idea what they're doing and they definitely don't help. They continue to screw up even months after we left them for another bank who actually cares about our needs. I do not recommend this bank to anyone, especially first time home buyers.

I have been trying to sort my mortgage payment withdrawal for almost 2months still not sorted it is so frustrating. The bank has sent a letter of missed payment with no fault of mine. I have confirmation email from the adviser that everything is in order but the problem is still not resolved.
