Banting House National Historic Site

It is great that this place commemorates Banting and insulin - very well maintained and worth a visit. Too bad that the drug addicts are allowed to lounge outside the front entry - we could not get past them to enter the building - I was showing it to elderly relatives from Australia but it gave a sad impression

Wonderful and informative tour guides. Didnt know he was also a very good artist so enjoyed that exhibit as well as the area where he saw patients and his bedroom upstairs. A learning exerience regarding diabetes as well.
