I waited for directions on seating for a few minutes and no one would come over to me. I picked a seat off to the side where things were quite. Waitress came over and said I couldn't sit there as no one else was in the area which made not much since. I was told to move to the crowded area which I didn't want so i asked again and was denied. I left and will not be back.

Poor service. Sat waiting for almost 18 mins before someone asked if I had ordered. The waitress who showed me my seat knew I hadn’t ordered but did nothing about it. Understandable if it was busy, but it wasnt.

Waited for half an hour, waitress passed by several times, didn't bother to ask us why we are there not even a glimpse in our direction

This is my place to come and eat in the entire terminal and this happens about once per two months. The food is tasty and their IPA is my favourite. Servers are wonderful.

Pretty good as far as airport fare goes! Although the menu was limited, their Mediterranean flatbread was tasty.

We are shocked to see that people have forgotten the value of customer service for a Restaurant Industry, I was sitting there today, in front of me one lady staff yelled at a couple who were having their meal, just because they were eating their own food, all seats were empty, the couple told her that they will leave in a minute, as they have to finish last bite, she yelled and said leave now i have to close, now i have to clean your dirty mess, she even use bad words.
I request manager to look to this behaviour of staff, othervise this will ruin company’s image.

Manager should look into staff’s behaviour, I noticed how one staff (Angie) behaved with the customers, Really bad service, should not be happen in the Restaurant industry.

Very disappointed with the behaviour of a lady staff working in this restaurant, Doesnt know how to speak, how to treat people, not respecting people seeing if they are eating, she started yelling at us when we were eating saying that the restaurant was about to close.
Please choose staff wisely in Restaurants.

I only had 37minutes until my flight, they managed to get me a beer, and Great sandwich, and paid with 12 minutes to go before boarding!

. Then AC was delayed about 45min - lol had they notified passengers, i couldda pounede back a few more brewskies!

If you're trapped in delay hell in Pearson, this is one of the best places to crash, grab a bite and a drink.

The service was super friendly, fairly priced and a good value.

The salad was surprisingly great being paired with the Club Sandwich.

Good fast food. Nothing fancy but much better than grabbing a burger or sub from a chain. Staff was attentive.

Great place! We found out they open till 10pm instead of 8.30pm which was great taking i to account our flight kept being delayed:)
Happy hour for beer and wine all day long! Enjoy!

Service was quick and food was tasty. The Tabasco fries were lacking any flavour other than potato but that’s okay. The quinoa chicken salad was fresh.just over salted.

Lazy, lazy, lazy! This is a very nice looking restaurant in terminal 1 at Pearson Airport in Toronto, next to D22. There are 4ppl working and a minimal number of customers. The staff spent their time hanging out together avoiding eye contact. My soup was warm at best. I had to wait 5 min, waving my arm around, to get anyone's attention. Our waitress was too busy on her phone to notice. My husband's food came out 15 min or more later. I have never seen such slow moving, unhappy people! Avoid this place like the plague.if you would like to eat!

Slow slow slow. I am the only person here and they insist on doing everything so slow! They are slow! I mention how slow and she argues with me. I left zero tip. Which is very very unlike me. Dont argue with me lady!

Terrible service wait staff to busy acting childish like it a their own party grow up a bit maybe.

Decent choice as far as airport food goes. One of the better places at Pearson T1 domestic area D gates.

Absolutely the best spot for a quick glass and bite before you fly. I thoroughly enjoy the smoke salmon and chips. It's just the right amount of food. Mehesh is always there to serve and will get you on your way if you are tight for time. Right near gate 22!

Not a really great bar for atmosphere but it is a good people watching location. Most chairs are uncomfortable and some tables are really low to sit at. Service is good with an average selection of good. For all there is to pick from it’s not the worst to sit at.

A decent place to grab a bite at the terminal. Not many other choices anyway. Very slow service. Food was quite tasty. Had a mac and cheese bruschetta, fries and a wheat beer.

The food was amazing and the prices were reasonable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Not the best sushi I've had. Though I spent 1 1/2 years in Japan. The fish was fresh and the all you can eat was a great deal. It was an enjoyable meal and I will go back again.

Pretty mediocre breakfast. Eggs benedict not terrible but a bit sad. Very bland, tasted a bit like vinegar. No side dishes at all, just some kale that had dehydrated from being in the fridge for ages. Uncooked tomato slices were super hard and cold. Coffee was okay, orange juice was Tropicana or similar, not fresh squeezed. Could've been worse but also could've been much better.

Miserable service for overpriced items but lots of plug ins and cool view at bar of the airplanes
