Many thanks to Sean at the Burlington location for recommending Mike the service technician for information regarding the pilot light assembly problems on our Valor propane fireplace. His information was very helpful, and given freely. Thanks Mike, and thanks Sean for attention to detail and promptness in ordering and getting the parts needed at the best price I could find, and in a timely manner. You guy's are the best. We have been going for years, there is always lots of staff to help out with any questions and they are always friendly. There is a huge variety of BBQ’s, fireplaces, furniture and tons of accessories. Definitely worth checking out!

Needed part for broken door on my older Broil King barbecue. Sean (Burlington store) fixed it for me (old widow) while I waited. My dear husband used to do these type of repairs & I'm not very handy. We've shopped this store for years, both in its current location as well as the old one. The selection is massive, and for BBQ lovers (we have a Napoleon & large Kamodo Joe), like my family, it's Nirvana. We're having a remodeling of our fireplace done, and BG Burlington will be the supplier and installer for the new Valor insert.

Staff is knowledgeable, much more so than the big box stores. Store has lots of inventory. No sales pressure. Prices reasonable. Overall positive experience.

Do not buy premium appliances here. They don't service them and asked me to facilitate warranty repairs myself. Manager did not return phone calls and generally gave the impression she didn't really care.

They have excellent staff and I've visited 4 different times. They really solved 2 of the biggest issues I had with my BBQ connection.

If I could give less than 1 star I most certainly would. Customer service is awful once the purchase is complete and delivery is signed off. They basically wash their hands of your concerns and steer you to the manufacturer to get resolution on product issues. I basically have a brand new $3000 flame thrower on my patio that BG assembled and delivered, and the problems have been chalked up to user error.

Very good products.terrible customer service.this was a post I left the other day. I then received a response from Barbeques Galore intimating that "I am a difficult customer to please", actually this is not the case at all. When service is great I tell everybody, and when service is poor I tell everybody. We as Canadians have become far too complacent as to our expectations of Customer Service. The bar has been lowered considerably across the board in many areas of business. I agree that when I purchased my Prestige originally from your store, service was excellent. The 5 or 6 subsequent visits I have made when picking up accessories etc.the service has been terrible (and if you feel this is too harsh then replace it with "not meeting my expectations") with the most recent being right before Christmas. So whether or not you feel I am a tough customer to please is of no concern to me.all I am looking for is the basics.a smile, an acknowledgment that I am actually in your store, an offer to help not turn the other way.and a simple thank you from you once I have paid.unlike my last visit whereby, I was ignored upon entry. I wanted to ask a question about a couple of items and the person right in the area looked at me and walked away and joined the other two people behind the cash desk talking about Christmas plans, and then when I was about to pay, the person answered the phone and instead of politely telling the phone customer they would be with them in a minute.they proceeded to have their conversation while I waited to pay. While paying, this person just continued their conversation with the other two people.never asked if I wanted a bag, but when I asked for one they did give me one.and as per a lot of business's nowadays.no thanks was offered for shopping in your store.

So if this makes me a tough customer to please then sobeit. I appreciate the fact that your teams meet daily to discuss customer service levels, but discussing and actually putting into play can be two very different things. The service you extend to your customers on big ticket items needs to be extended to your customers purchasing accessory or sundry items. In any case after "calling me out" as a "tough customer to please" I will make it easy for you and you won't have to worry about any more of my reviews. Thank you

Went to BBQ Galore and they had replacement parts for my Broil King natural gas barbeque, all in house help was excellent with my all my needs, go see Chris and Ravi for all barbeque related stuff. Great staff and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for any barbeque help or purchases.

Barbecues Galore is awesome, and they are so very helpful - I bought my bbq from them 8 years ago, and just spent about $120 to get the parts to replace what was worn out, and it's like brand new now!

Very helpful and highly recommended. Tim and the team are top notch!

We just got our new Napolean BBQ and the two guys who delivered it could not have been better! Jake and Michael (I think) were both so helpful and went over and beyond to make sure that we could hook up our bbq and use it after our long wait time to get it! (covid). They gave us a courtesy call when they said they would and arrived punctually right on time! Thanks so much for setting us up and not leaving until the job was done properly!

I needed a bbq and I didn't have time to browse. The fine folks at bbqs galore picked out a grill for my budget and made the whole process super easy. Even thought it was the Saturday of a long weekend and the store was almost closed. The gentleman and his team at the loading doc were super helpful, friendly and courteous. Fantastic customer service. And the grill works great. Good experience all around

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, store had everything I needed. I went for a complex natural gas line connecting part that none of the other stores had and got the parts that worked very well.
Parts are priced reasonably.

We Bought our BBQ yesterday! I can't say enough how grateful I'm for the help and assistance from the whole team, they TRULY went above and beyond to make sure I go home with the BBQ I had in mind, avoiding any shipping or backorder delays.
They truly walked the extra mile for me.
I can't recommend them enough, the least to say, this is THE place to go to for your BBQ and any BBQ related stuff.

Beautiful patio chairs - it was a hunt to find them but they did; ordered by email with them and they delivered when they said they would be delivered. Not easy to do during these pandemic times.

I came in with a broken 10 year old Weber Smokey Mountain smoker thermometer. I was thrilled that they had it in stock at a very reasonable price. The service I received was friendly and quick, despite a busy store.

From a disappointment to an exceptional experience!

Wanting to purchase a natural gas Napolean Patioflame, I called in advance to ensure they were in stock - as they are very rare commodities these days. They had two in stock and I offered to purchase one on the spot and come in an hour and pick it up. The salesperson said they don't do that and just come down to buy it. Well when I got there, they were both sold and I was not happy.

But it was the store manager, Alisa, who was helping me in the store and she made it right! She called another store and got one shipped to Burlington. She offered to have it delivered to my home an hour away but, appreciating what she did, I said I would just come and pick it up. Then the lockdown happened and Alisa (while on vacation) arranged for a staff member to drop it off at my house in Niagara on his way home from work. Extremely grateful for the complete 180 degree in service and attention - Thank you Alisa and thank you Barbecues Galore.

I bought a bbq from there last week. After going to Chadwick and hacks and receiving bad service I went to bbq galore and received great service and got free delivery and assembly included. Today my bbq was delivered and I also had a gas line installed. The 2 guys who came today were friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Great service all round. Highly recommended.

Decided to purchase my new bbq from them after my old one needed replacing. Good experience the first time I went in to browse before I went in to buy. They did not have the particular bbq in stock at the store but had one in Etobicoke. Waited over 2 weeks, and then had to email them about the status as I could not get through by phone. Next day I recieve a call it is ready to pick up. When I went to pick it up, the curbside phone number listed was not answered (also saw another customer with the same issue). So called the store and talked to someone who sounded like he was working out. I did not have my receipt with the model # on me and their internet was down so he could not find my order, he ended up calling another store. Since the pandemic most businesses will have your name and phone number in large bold letters stuck to your order for ease of curbside pickup.
I will say they have a nice store and location but this will be the last purchase I make from them on account of poor customer service.

After having a really bad experience at Chadwick and hacks over 49 bucks I went to bbq galore in Burlington and had a great experience. Thanks to Nichole who helped, I got everything I wanted in a bbq and at the price I wanted. Spent over 2 grand and that’s 2 grand Chadwick and hacks lost out on.

Bought some charcoal for my Weber. They have great pricing for charcoal and curbside pick up was quick and easy. They accidentally gave me an extra couple of bags and when I called them the next day to tell them, they gave me a discount on the bags. Great customer service

I had an issue with my old regulator. My new regulator needed some additional parts to properly connect it. Alisa was a great help in finding the correct connectors to get me up and running again. Now I can bbq a great New Years Eve dinner and not have to use the dreaded oven.

Amazing selection, less than adequate customer service. Walked around for 25 minutes without anyone asking if I needed anything. I get the impression their sales team is commission based since I was so neglected in tandem with only buying accessories, as opposed to big ticket items.

Barbecues Galore used to be one of my favourites stops for everything summer related. Unfortunately not anymore. The store has not been able to handle the COVID-19 situation well. Seems like they were in a hurry to open the doors without anticipating demand or how to treat customers while shopping. I visited this location this past weekend and was told to purchase my BBQ elsewhere. Prior to that, my emails were ignored and phone calls were not returned. I understand everyone is busy dealing with this Pandemic but don’t treat customers the way you are doing it. Demand for your product is high today.but all of your customers will remember how they were treated. Unfortunately you lost me as a customer.

Great place for all your BBQ needs! Ordered a Napoleon Rogue Ambiance Edition from the Burlington location and Ryan went above and beyond to help me get it in time for Father’s Day. Thanks Ryan! All I can say is the customer service is great here. I know people tend to go to the big box stores for a lot of their needs but if you want quality product, informative and helpful staff and real attention to detail - you’ll want to come here. They actually know what they’re selling you and care about you as a customer. Can’t recommend any higher! Thanks again!

I went to the Burlington store today and dealt with Sean and Alisa. Both were outstanding. The first thing I noticed is that neither of them were trying to BS me into buying something. They were honest and seemed genuinely interested in their jobs and answering any (of the many) questions I had. I will definitely be back in the near future. Excellent job guys!

I purchased the Pro500 series BBQ and I am extremely happy with it. Mike, the sales person, was very knowledgeable about the product and was instrumental in helping to inform my decision. Yesterday, it was delivery and the two delivery guys, sorry I don’t remember their names, were friendly and very professional. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with everything prior to leaving.
This is my second major purchase from BBQ Galore in the past year and each time they have completely met all my expectations. Great team, great service, great products. I highly recommend them for all you fireplace and BBQ needs!

Lowe’s brought me to Barbecues Galore. Ordered Weber Q1200 thru Lowe’s online 2 weeks ago.still nothing. You guys had it right there and I got it same day! You are great and my new place to shop for BBQ stuff.screw you Lowes! Now just gotta wait weeks for refund from Lowe’s
