I love their crunchy chicken burrito. I have ordered it multiple times. The first time I ordered it, a little over a month ago, the portions were great. But since then, the chicken has been less and less. Today, I ordered 2 large crunchy chicken burritos and it felt like eating a bean burrito. There were at-most 2 pieces in a burrito. Paying $16 for a single burrito is already expensive and getting one without the right portion sucks! Otherwise, would have given 5 stars. Still one of the best crunchy chicken burritos.

Never place a pickup from them, else go and order because they prioritize the people ordering rather than pickups. It doesn’t matter how much time in advance you place your order, they gonna start preparing after you reach out there. Worst priorities

Ordered a regular shrimp burrito;
rice and beans were not put as per quantity, meaning scopes were half emptied and half got back into the basket.
Then while packing,
burrito broke apart; when thing were transferred to new bread, some spilled and some sticked with the old bread. Regular size burrito became small.
While eating, sauce was only present in one bite.
It is better with a name kitchen trash burrito.

Great food and the employees are friendly. Especially the employee name Subham sharma is so funny.

Ordered a steak bowl with fish extra. Told them to charge me extra for the meat. They gave me the smallest portions of meat they could find. Basically had a bean and rice salad. The fish was the side of my pinky finger (see pictures). And they only put a half scoop of steak (tell me when you see the steak in that steak bowl). Charged me $20 for this.

To the owner OR the manager of this place,
Please ask your staff to behave gently with the customers who are visiting first time. If someone say I don’t know what to order, help them. Making faces and walk away from there not works everytime.

The servers here were really snarky, giggling and making fun of our orders for no reason whatsoever.disgusting.

It was a good experience for me. Service was courteous and prompt. They do abode by covid regulations and check the proof of vaccination though if you want to dine in. Overall a good experience.

Food a satisfactory. My only issue was the wait I had when I arrived. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes after they told me to come for my food. They were a but busy but overall the food and service was decent.
