I just had the most amazing quesadilla, the owner Addy was training a new employee. I've been to many of these Mexican grills around North America and I have to say this is one of the best I know the employee was being trained by even on other visits the standard has always been extremely high on that I also highly recommend giving this bar burrito location to try the owner is very friendly and definitely pays attention to detail.

Portions are very small and they completely left out the chicken in my spicy chicken bowl order. Will not be reordering.

Superb tacos and awesome chicken quesadilla with excellent personalized service, definitely coming back here soon!

With all due respect, I’m an existing employee working for Barburito and I have never faced such an issue. Both the owners have treated us like a family and always taken care of us at all times. They have been considerate about our studies and managed our work schedule accordingly to avoid any hindrance.
To be precise, I was referred by this same person (Mitali), and the reason why they let her go was because she refused to do the work. Employers look for efficient people to do the job and if the employee is incompetent then the employers cannot bare the loss.
They trained her for a week and she didn’t do the job as per their requirement and hence, they had to let her go.
Secondly, the owner contacted her to come and collect the money even after the termination and made sure to pay her in full amount.

The level of service and quality of food really varies with who you get when you go. I used to go here regularly when they first opened up and it was generally a solid, consistent experience. Good burritos, good prices, was recommending this place at the time. I heard that the previous owner ended up selling. Not sure how accurate this is but I wouldn't be surprised if there was a change in management because when I went back a little while ago, I had the most disappointing experience.

The girl behind the counter got my order wrong and I had to correct her while she was making it. Not a huge deal. I had decided to try out the fish option and when I go home, I bit into raw fish (and not the kind that's meant to be raw). It tasted really bad, and was a bit of a health concern imo. I went back and presented the problem. She used her gloved hands to dig around my food, confirmed it was indeed raw, and told me she'd correct my order. I didn't really want to risk more uncooked fish because she was adamant that she has cooked it correctly (even though she confirmed herself that the fish was raw when it wasn't suppose to be), proceeded to throw out the raw fish from my bowl and tried to just added another meat in.

I don't like to waste food either but because she had just poked around in that bowl with her hands, smearing the raw fish and its juices everywhere. I had expected a new bowl. My friend who was with me told he had expected her to comp it on top of a new bowl because of how bad the experience was. She did neither. Worst money I'd ever spent and I'm too worried about risking about bad experience so I won't be coming back here. I'd advise you go to the Chipotle down the street instead of this place.

Absolutely do not recommend. I worked their for one day and i got to know how they treat their employees with so much disrespect. They don’t wash the utensils properly nor the dishes to make the burrito ingredients. They also offered to pay their employees $10/hr which is not even min wage. Worked there for 5 hours and the owner at the Richmond location and his wife refused to pay me for my shift as “they were just checking to see how i work” for a full 5 hour shift!? They also did not pay their other employees their full 2 week pay check and changed the wage from 15 to $10 without notifying them.absolutely disgusted in their behaviour and the environment.from what i’ve seen i DO NOT recommend this location at all.

One person working during lunch hour. Did not have enough steak to make a large burrito. Never going back.

Wait times are ridiculous, I have no idea how management thought that only one employee would be enough to manage this place on a Friday evening, especially between walk-ins and delivery orders.

I work the afternoon/evening shift right next door to this barBurrito and I eat here every week despite the employees seeming genuinely uninterested in being there and never having ketchup for my tasty side french fries because "we don't do ketchup".
That is.until today. They are under new management, Bob and his staff couldn't be friendlier and seem thrilled to be there. Fantastic burritos, delicious fries with the crispy coating, and all the ketchup you could ask for.

After a frustrating experience with the Oxford location I finally tried BarBURRITO at another location and loved it.thankfully b when home in London we have this location. Love the bowls, can't wait to go again.

I discovered this location two days ago and ordered the bang bang shrimp bowl. Twice.
I’d like to point out first and foremost that: their portion sizes are way too small. In fact they are ‘stingy’ - been to so many Mexican food joints and they put generous amounts of rice and beans at the bottom, not these guys though. They charge an extra dollar for guacamole and literally put in half a tablespoon of it in the bowl only. The rice or beans weren’t hot, they were at room temperature. I fell sick the next day, and so did my sister. <The shrimp tasted good though. >
I won’t go back to this location or this chain anymore.

Got a burrito bowl and was disappointed with the portions. Food tasted alright and veggies seemed fresh but the extra dollar for the guacamole left me even more disappointed. 10 bucks for a smallish sized bowl is kind of steep.

Best burrito at that location. Had bad experiences with previous management but the recent owner and management have done an incredible job. Taste like you admire. Recommending that specific location if you are living nearby.

Just place order today and got 6 inches quesadilla for 25 dollars, because I update to large one. So small one is 2 inched? This is ridiculous.

Decided to give this location a try for lunch. Overall I'd say it's quite good. Generous portion sizes for everything and the rice and beans were warm even after taking the bowl home. My only minor complaint is the chicken was a little dry, but I would eat here again.

There are many burrito places but this is good. The portions in bowl and burrito is good. I love quesadillas. The service is friendly and great. Would love to visit this place again.

Worst burrito I have had in London. To be fair, I had the jerk chicken - which might have been a mistake off the hop. It was so strong and almost bitter. Everything that was deemed "not spicy" was super spicy. Nothing fresh or creamy as they were out of guac. The Large is HUGE. I only ate 3/4.stick to regular. Just bad.
