Ordered delivery after a horrible week and basically my entire order was wrong, paid for extra queso and received none, no sour cream, salsa or pickled onions were given either. I’m so beyond disappointed. I understand things get busy sometimes but leaving off of BOTH bowls is unacceptable.

I went to order a bowl and there was a roach crawling along the hot food tray! If there was one doing that and during there day this place must be infested! I walked out no way would I eat there.

Amazing regular fries, crispy and tasteful! Only ketchup sauce available for it.
Sweet heat burger is good:)

I ordered off of uber eats the forgot a part of my orders and my burrito is in the shape of a square i am so mad about this i paid extra for my things and not having them come was frustrating and the quality of the food and how it was made was clearly very bad.don’t get from here there’s way better locations

I ordered a regular spicy chicken burrito. It was so salty that I had to spit it out in the first bite. Completely messed up order and sauces didn't add in the consistency I asked for. Too salty and sour. Never visiting this store again. I'm actually a big fan of burritos.

I asked for no Tomatoes on my food, and in the end I still get tomatoes on my food. What kind of service is that? The staff here really want to kill people who have allergies.

I got a Crunchy chicken large burrito with no spicy and my husband got a bang bang shrimp regular burrito. Simply delicious and fair price. Highly recommend!

Ordered two family fiesta meal kits, which are advertised as included rice, lettuce and cheese, but they sent us the kits with none of either of them at all. Made for an extremely disappointing lunch at the office.

The service was top class and the staff was welcoming. The food quantity was nice with a generous serving of meat.
However the food quality wasn't up to the mark. We ordered a couple of bowls and the beans were simply smashed and tasteless. The food felt stale and we realized this after we had started eating.
In the defense of the staff, we never highlighted these concerns as both our bowls had a similar experience.
I don't think I'll be visiting again.

The server was extremely nice and friendly but the food was one of the worst i've ever had. Ordered Jerk chicken burrito bowl, the chicken seasoning/sauce was extremely tangy/sour and didn't taste like jerk chicken at all. Never going there again

Great food and excellent customer service, I would like to highlight the good experience that I had with Saiyami Patel, always servicing with a smile and good attitude.

First I waited ten minutes in line waiting for them to take a single order of burrito. Then I gave up and placed my order on Ritual. Talk about adding fuel to an already raging dumpster fire. They couldn't figure out how to accept my order. That took another 15 minutes and finally after wasting 30 minutes of my life I was finally on my way.

Visited this spot for the first time today and was actually very pleased. I had the spicy chicken burrito, there was a great selection of toppings and sauces and the ones i selected all tasted very fresh. I thought the portions and prices were pretty normal for a mexican takeout spot and as already stated, ingredients were of good quality.chicken was well cooked and flavorful. Had a combo with fries and those were awesome too, they’re like the crispy bistro ones.

The staff were very patient with me as I have difficulty hearing and I very much appreciate that. I also asked for whatever the spiciest sauce was, it was like a neon scarlet red orange color, not sure if its made in house or not but it was PHENOMENAL. Packed with flavour and heat, it also complimented the sour cream and red salsa well. Will come back to this place for sure.

On this visit I got their fish and jerk chicken burrito bowls and enjoyed both. The fish was better; had a nice crispy batter and seasoned well.
The Jerk chicken was too salty and dry for me. Other ingredients tasted fresh and each bite was an explosion of flavours. Be warned that their hot sauce is. Have a cold drink nearby but just in case. I have tried most of the meat options and I'd recommend the fish or the chorizo.

Currently suffering through severe food poisoning after ordering from the Yonge and College location. Won’t be eating at this place anymore. Buyer beware!

Worst Bar Burrito I’ve ever ordered from, really really disappointed, normally when you go to one of their stores and get a burrito bowl there is so much food that the lid has to hold it down, at this store I ordered a bowl and I can see an inch and a half of the side of the bowl, 14 dollars and they hardly gave me any food at all, horrible service, will never order from this store again and I hope no one else wasted their money here

I am serious and not making this up. This is based on the fact 100%. I ordered a chicken burrito and was eating at my place that is right in front of the store. When I was eating it like half way through as I was chewing it, I found this hard metal thingy. At first, I thought it was the button that was fallen out of the employee’s uniform but when I looked at closely, it wasn’t. It WAS some sort of metal. So I took that in to the store trying to explain. The employee and the manager both sounded like I am making it up. That’s the reaon I am upsetting about. The attitudes that they were giving me towards the customer. Of course, I got the refund but that is not the point. They didn’t say sorry at all but saying I made it up. Please do not go to this place. It is horrible. I’m telling you I can provide you the pictures and I will take this matter to the public health on Monday as today is the weekend.

The manager at this store tries to blame the customer when a piece of metal is found inside a burrito. Mistakes do happen but the way they treat customers when they make a mistake is unacceptable.

Ordered a regular burrito bowl and the quantity was very less and does not even quality for a small burrito bowl. Please raise the standard in terms of quantity

I've been to many barburrito's but this place made my salad backwards. They put all the toppings on the bottom and lettuce on top. I asked many times if this was correct and he kept suggesting it was. The bowl also wasn't filled up, which was also strange but was because he obviously didn't put the lettuce on the bottom. Strange.

The staff acts like they don't want to be there, it also looks like they don't know what they are doing. They act extremely lazy, are disrespectful towards the costumer and don't even try to do a good job. I had a terrible experience with the person that took my order. Not only they messed up my order but the food quality was awful. Go somewhere else. This places is not worth it. Don't recommend.

Customer service was awful. I couldn’t understand a word he was saying because he was whispering, and he continued to do so even when I kindly asked him to speak up. He made me repeat myself a thousand times and still got the order wrong. He also started whispering in another language on his coworker’s ear. Apparently there was something wrong with the food but instead of fixing it they laughed about it. The vegetables were not fresh, the tortilla was not fully cooked and he couldn’t even wrap the burrito properly. A total mess. What a disappointment. I do NOT recommend this place.

Great people working here, I literally go here two or three times a week! Food is always on point, the fish burrito is definitely worth waiting 2 minutes for them to fry it fresh.
My only complaint is that I have been tipping these fine employees for a year now, and just learned that they do not receive any of it - which, as far as I know, is illegal - if not highly immoral. I would love to give a 5 star review when the employees receive their fair share of tips.
Edit: since 4 stars didn’t seem to get the owners attention regarding the stealing of tips, I will leave a 1-star review until I learn that tips are being shared as per the law.

Just ordered a burrito bowl. They forgot the Mexican rice and extra meat. It was basically like eating a small salad with a few pieces of chicken. I’m very disappointed especially when the front st location makes these bowls really well. Now I’m out of over $30 because I ordered 2.

This is going to sound counter intuitive, but they need to put a lot less in the tacos. They even ask you if you want a fork with the tacos. They could use they same amount or less topping for 4 of the 6" tortillas and it would be perfect. Also says authentic hand made tortillas on the bag, these are store bought flour tortillas. Nothing Mexican about 70% of the taco filling falling out all over the place. Flavor and service is good but I won't be ordering that mess again.

This site is my number one site. Of all restaurants I know I favor it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place. Whenever I feel like having a good supper, this is the place that comes straight to my mind.outstanding and all kinds of food and a rich menu.courteous team, and nice atmosphere. Also, the tariff is honest. I recommend this spot with pleasure.

Not fresh as it says. Asked for more beans and charged for extra meant. Didn’t ask for any meat.

Amazing burritos. I go as often as I can. They have deals every now and again that make it a great place for a cheap lunch

I ordered large burrito, when they made me burrito it was not even small size burrito I told them to replace me but they said no. Worse experience in bar burrito ever

Last night I got a quesadilla, didn’t taste as good as any of the other locations, didn’t hold well either. The ‘supervisor’ wanted to deny my request for beans on my quesadilla, repeating, over the course of my visit that they don’t add them onto what I wanted (never heard that in any of the other 15 locations I’ve visited). She had bad attitude and lost the restaurant a good customer over beans worth 0.05$

The tacos were fresh and tasty, with the exception of their hard corn taco shells. They're you're run of the mill, stale corn shells that you can buy anywhere, and they taste disgusting. Fresh corn tortillas would be a much better option.

Late night stroll and ended up finding ourselves here for dinner.
Ordered the Burrito Bundle Special which comes with a regular Burrito, Chips with sàlsa, and a can of pop for about $10.5 with tax.
The protein portion of the burrito is not generous, however, you can stack that burrito and make it overflow with toppings and sauces.
Got the ground beef burrito. I hoped that the Jalapenos and Jalapenos sauce that I added would make it spicy, but still was mild to my taste. The chips were freshly fried which was nice, and the salsa had a bit too much garlic. I like garlic was way nice.

We enjoy to go out. Yesterday we came to this fine restaurant which friends told us about. We had a lovely time there with high-qulity cooking and a well-trained team and an impressive chef. We added this restaurant in our phone list and we will surely return soon. We warmly recommend.

Well I am so glad they still kept the veggie protein instead of only the beyond meat product. I always go to this location when I visit Toronto

The vegetarian bowl option was delicious and EXTREMELY spicy (), providing the right mix of requisite nutrients that was just what I needed to help my body fight infection that was acquired cleaning up a HAZMAT/biological threat situation at a TCHC building. Without this fantastic establishment that I first discovered/frequented as a youth in Mississauga at Hurontario and Bristol for school lunch breaks, I would not be alive today. The staff were pleasant and friendly even though I showed up most likely looking and smelling disgusting after leaving the Fred Victor and were cordial enough to allow me some rest in the booth as well as not interrupting my prolonged stint in the washroom where I began the decontamination process. Thank you.

Late night grub, the options were plenty and the portions were big. Worth the money and quite tasty after a party night in downtown Toronto.

Poor costumer service, was ignored when asked questions/comments. Was very dissapointed with the burrito. A lot of filler, no good stuff. I swear, there was one chunk of tomato on the whole burrito. Will definitely not return.

Staff here are great. Friendly and quick to make a burrito to your order. Been here numerous times over the past year and have never once had an issue. Food here is amazing. Flavourful and tons of options to keep you coming back.

Had a chicken burrito. It was terrible or maybe it was end of day stock which I was eating but it's so bad when you have options like chipotle and burrito Bandidos nearby.

Chill spot to grab a tasty burrito or bowl! There are several options for bases and toppings, including ground soy. Lots of seating and natural lighting in this clean spacious setting.

Great burrito and friendly staff. Sat on the patio and enjoyed a relaxing meal and chat with one of the employees who'd just got off shift. Will likely be back.

Came 30 minutes before closing, staff was still polite made my order promptly and overall great. I got 3 chicken tacos portions were good one of my tacos had practically ⅓ of a chicken breast in it. Only complaints was that the hard tacos were on the stale side and the red salsa is rather plain.

Went to grab a madmex Monday burrito special. For the size and price you can't go wrong. Employees behind the counter were courteous. Will be back.

Employees seemed really slow and tired. They seemed to have a hard time listening and also putting together the burrito.
Burrito didn't have as much flavour as other locations.

I think the Mexicans made a great decision when it came to creating the burrito. Aside from the fact that it makes you eject feces in a very short span of time, the taste of the various sauces, vegetables and meats make for a good summer time. Apparently my ancestors consist of African tribal women.

The food was amazing and great service. The guy and girl were really nice and made it extra special. It was generally really good.

This burrito place has a good variety of options to pick from, especially with their sauces. That's what surprised & interested me the most. Their staff was also helpful & friendly with your choices, & asking for extra toppings is easy with them. They also have a new deal starting today for $5 regular classic burritos, which is why I even gave this place a shot, & I'm glad I did. I would definitely go here again (next Monday aha)
