I tried to go here for dinner tonight with no luck. I stood at the counter for nearly ten Minutes and the person working couldn’t bother to take my order. I tried to say hello, he would not make eye contact and then made an order that came in after I got there right in front of me. My wife went to the Popeyes on one side, ordered food for our son, and then walked over to A&W on the other side of the barBurrito, ordered her dinner and got her dinner, and I was still waiting for this guy to even acknowledge that I was there. So needless to say I just went over to a&W instead. I will never go back to this restaurant again.

The veggies always taste fresh and every time i come here i know i’ll get a filling meal.the staff here are so nice as well! Definitely recommend!

Decent place to try. I am regular customer of this place since last 3 years. I used to swap cheese for Guac from longtime and suddenly this place stops doing that. Sorry but this is not the way you gonna make money by charging dollar extra considering you are not cheap either. I was going to place 5 stars but because of this, I am disappointed.

First time ordering. I tried the quesadilla, it was soggy, burnt on one side (nothing on the other, so never flipped). Oh and I found a chicken bone in my food. No thanks, keep your garbage.

Ordered a bowl from the centre mall food court and was unpleasantly surprised when I cut my gums on a broken chicken bone. Even though I have a significant gash in my mouth, I consider myself lucky given the damage it could have reaked on my digestive tract if i had swallowed it. Thoroughly disgusting at the lack of quality control with their meat processing.

Great service, if beans is all you want to eat. I ordered a large Burrito which was at least 80% beans. I ralize it's a business but really now, cheaping out on ingredients is no way to stay in business. Not a good experience for a first and last experience.

Exceptional and yummy food, I liked the atmosphere this spot has, and the employees were helpful. Will definitely come back in the future.

Fresh ingredients in their burritos all the time. Meat quality is always on top. Staff is always friendly and serve with smile.

I ordered a bean cheese and guac burrito and of course they gave me the tiniest portion of guac and beans they could. Rip off & bad customer service.

Not my thing. Their chips and salsa is great, very fresh. I don't like the "taco" meat they use, doesn't have much flavour but lots of onion chunks which I hate. Just wasn't a fan, but lots of people are.

I had a chicken burrito bowl. The food tastes really good but the portions are really small. Quite “chincey” on the toppings and I’m not one to really eat a lot but I was still hungry after. ‍️

I ordered a bowl and was told yes they have the crunchy bowl that is shown on the menu screen. However they do not and when I asked why it's still shown the guy said I can crunch chips on top and then walked away laughing and telling his co-workers. They need some manners and the menu board should be updated! Won't go back. Burrito Boys all the way!

Today's argument and fighting there was like a prank but later I noticed it is real. Talk with people instead of being rude and aggressive.

Today there was a fight there between a costumer and 2 women of the staff. They were using such a bad language that I made me red hearing that. Please have some respect to your company and costumers.

I just ordered this for the first time and the food is amazing. Everything was just as described, the fries are perfectly crispy and the burrito bowls were HUGE. It’s a great place to grab lunch or dinner.

Hi Barburrito owner, can you please train your staff a good customer service. There was an Indian lady today she was really rude she thrown the food at me. And she was fighting with customers. Lost a customer

Today I saw a horrible thing happening there. 2 indian ladies working there had a fight with a delivery guy. I was close and I saw that they were attacking that poor guy. It was horrible. You people have to understand that even delivery people are costumers. Shame on this place. I wouldn't go there ever again. NEVER

There was a fight between 2 employees and a costumer. It was disgusting. Thanks god it was not me.

Two Indian ladies, they are very rude they don’t know how to behave with their customers. I saw In my own eyes they are yelling to the customers. They should be fired immediately otherwise they will ruined the business. It happened today October 24

Would give fewer stars, but the staff were friendly and polite, so no issue there. My issue is with the food itself. I found everything (including the salsa) to be extremely bland. No flavour whatsoever. I finished my food only because I was really hungry and in a rush. I don't remember the last time I tasted something that made me feel like salt and spices didn't even exist.

Portion size is awesome, had trouble finishing a medium burrito. Selection is good and staff is accommodating.

Went here with a coupon yesterday. I ordered a chicken burrito as a combo. I gave the guy my coupon. After he punched it in, he gave it back to me. So I put it back on my tray. While I was waiting they were all huddled around the cash register looking around, but I couldn’t understand them. I went to sit down and eat my burrito. About 5 minutes later, one of them came out to the food court to ask me for the coupon back.maybe this is just me, but that’s horrible customer service. Like how cheap do you have to be? My burrito also stuck to the wrapper and the whole thing fell apart. Half of it ended up on the try. It was not made well. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Fantastic and friendly service, great food too, haven't seen a burrito wrapped that well anywhere else I've been to lol. You may not se anyone at the counter when you walk up to it but someone will come out. They're probably doing food things in the back.

This place is great fries made to order staff are nice have not had a problem yet keep up the good work

Been here a number of times. All good experiences, nice and polite staff, fresh ingredients and plenty of options. Highly recommended.
