The new queso is awful, brownish and tastes like curry. It's gloopy and thick and there are onions chunks in it which I hate. The texture is awful.

You've changed sauces three times this year. The original queaso sauce was great.

I used to love eating here but the experience is now ruined. So disappointed.

Got a burrito and chips with queso dip.
The queso dip container was not full.
Usually it's filled almost full at other locations.
Overall the food was nice and fresh

The place is really neat and tidy. Inderpreet gave a wonderful service right from making the burrito bowl to explaining the options we could get. Would highly recommend.

A female staff working there was rude to me and my friend, giving us looks like we didn’t pay, sort of discriminating.

Been here many times with family and friends - never have had a problem with the service. Inder (one of the workers here) helped me out with some vegetarian recommendations and suggestions, even small things like recommending sauces and ensuring that there is no cross-contamination go a long way.

Always have had a great experience, have been coming here for a while and will continue to come here!

I’ve been there about 5-8 times and the service is amazing, my daughter also needed to use the washroom once and she mentioned to me that this was the cleanest washroom she had ever seen in public. Regardless, unlike other places her placed a great quantity of food and she nicely explained to us what items and sauces had egg, onion and garlic. I would like to take the time and recognize this woman for her amazing work and her kindness. They should hire more amazing people like her! Thank you so much Inder!

I always like to try new bowls! By far, the Crunchy Chicken has been my favourite. The Shrimp one is also great but there’s barely any in there: (Customer service is great though - quick and friendly.

I have come here multiple times as they are close to my house and every time; They are so cheap with everything they put in your bowl from the rice to the sauces and protein/ veggies. If I am paying $15 why is my bowl so empty ‍️

This is my favorite Barburrito location. They always serve fresh, tasty, and hot food. The quality and quantity are worth every penny. The veggies and sauces are always fresh. I love their Vegetarian options such as Bean Bowl combo, Veggie Ground Soy Burritos, and Extreme Fries. You can also have eggless sauces. Try their guacamole, it's delicious. The staff is super friendly, polite, and extremely fast. The location is very well-maintained and tidy. I would definitely recommend it. You cannot miss this place!

I placed an order via Uber and they didn’t deliver all the items in the order. Few items were missing. As I called in the store to address the issue instead of giving compensation they were very rude and directed me to ask help from Uber?
Literally disappointed.

Asked for a spicy bowl, NOT TO ADD WHOLE BOTTLE IN IT AS SHE WAS TIED OR IRRITATED FROM WORK. SHE JUST ADDED A LOT I repeat A LOT of HOT SAUCE. Ends up with bad stomach.

The worst place. I ordered a naked burrito and this girl who made my order put all the chilli in my order and made it impossible to eat. I'm not coming here again.

For a burrito place, I found it disappointing. I had the spicy chicken burrito with spicy buffalo sauce and it was neither spicy nor flavourful. The tortillas tasted like the regular stale, bagged stuff you’d find in your corner grocery store.
I avoided the rice in the burrito this time because every time I get a burrito, they are always overloaded with rice and less of everything else. So, this time I ended up with a lot of the ‘everything else’, but it was rather bland.
I won’t write them off completely just yet as I’d like to try one of their bowls, but this was a rather unimpressive first time experience.

Nice and clean restaurant with light soothing music…. Tasty food and Fastest speed of service and very nice welcoming gesture of INder (an employee there), though mostly see her working alone but everytime she deals very well ….

Went and got a crispy spicy chicken bowl today. Veggies, meat and sauces were fresh. The girls working were very accommodating and friendly. My burrito bowl was amazing. Both me and my boyfriend joked about going for seconds. A must try!

This was my favorite place to go to until the (new owners?) showed up. There was a younger man who was very chill with orders, he didn't wear a uniform so I'm assuming he was the previous manager. Then I stopped seeing him around early 2020, and their portioning got less and less as time went on.

A good location that is open late! They put extra rice and beans at this location compared to others so tell them how much you’d like if you don’t want a carb overload.

I think the biggest issue is with people not speaking proper English.
Very hard to understand what they are saying.
Also charging extra for guacamole and putting just a tiny little bit of it on the burrito.
Taste wise the jerk chicken way too salty.
I will never come back and eat there again.

This place is amazing to satisfy your craving for tasty burrito bowl. I visited it countless time because they provide me all the ingredients which I asked for. Recently I order for pick up on Uber and wrote a note with few changes. Guess what! They MAKE IT FULL OF LOVE WITH LOTS OF INGREDIENTS AND SAUCE WHICH I ASKED FOR! LOVE YOU ALL THE EMPLOYEES who worked hard. And in return they WROTE a cute note for me as well! What else customer wants!? !

Food was not made properly. Although the store was not busy at all, it was only me there for my food. She put very less portion or i can count 3 or 4 pieces of toppings. Usually I never feel like giving bad reviews to anyone but this was one of my worst experience ever.

They always have great specialty barritos, today was REAPER SAUCE! It was awesome I signed a waiver! If you like spicy (which I do) it was great. Super clean and staff was super nice!

Clean place food was good but was prepared messy had to recut my quesedia when i got home because it wasn't cut properly uneven slices and the chicken wasn't spread evenly and needed more time to grill.needs staff that cares more about the art of making the food ill come back but not as often.

Ordered two burrito bowls. Portions were okay. However the Jerk Chicken was dry and the fish was overcooked.

Decided to try this place out since they just opened. I ordered 3 burritos through Uber eats and they were delicious. The large burrito was bigger than the burritoboyz one and also in my opinion I thought it tastes better too.

This will probably be my new spot to get burritos at from now on since it's closer and tastes better.
